Lamentable experiencia despues de confirmar el destino y cobrarnos nos dicen que nos tienen que cobrar mas por los km, a menos de 1 selana del viaje; querian cobrar como un dia mas. Al cancelarlo despues de casi 1 mes no nos han devuelto el dinero y solo tienen un wsp que dice que lo pasan a contabilidad pero seguimos sin recibir nada. UNA VERGUENZA. NO CONTRATEIS CON ELLOS OS VAN A ROBAR.

En su pagina te prometen el oro y el moro, kilometros ilimitados y el precio sin sorpresas. TODO MENTIRA. Llevo 3 semanas esperando mi reembolso y no he recibido ni el dinero, ni respuestas.Dado que he visto que por aqui si tienen el tiempo de contestar y ver la situacion de cada uno, solo pido mi dinero. Y ya de paso que modifiquen su pagina web y que lo que contrates sea cierto y especifiquen cada cosa. En nuestro caso alquilamos un coche y a 5 dias del viaje nos escriben que el coche que hemos elegido tiene kilometros limitados y que las opciones son que paguemos un dia mas o pagar los km extras. Se escudan en que es una precontratacion y que no se confirma hasta que te contacten. Le muestras que en su maravillosa web no pone nada de que los kilometros son para viajes locales y que eso es enganar. Pido el reembolso y aqui sigo esperando. Un mejor atencion al cliente ya seria mucho pedir. En definitiva, si por aqui veis mi caso darme mi dinero

Pagamos la reserva, al ir a recogerlo, nos enviaron a Avis y tuvimos que volver a pagar, Carflet nos aseguro que nos devolverian el dinero, pero despues de varias semanas, Carflet no nos devuelve el dinero. Nos da largas por whatasapp y no responde las llamadas. No lo recomiendo. Un dolor de cabeza e irme de vacaciones con 260EUR menos ha sido bastante negativo. Finalmente, despues de reclamar y 2 meses despues, pagaron.

This website is too good too be true. It is a SCAM. The owner put in the list many places to pick up the car, and the places do not exist. if there is no availability of cars, they could update the website and people are not able to book it. In the website you can book any car anytime PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!Fake good reviews... UPDATE Review I am not a competitor like the guy says. i don't have a business. I went to the police today and i filed a complaint. There are European laws for the protection of the consumers.

Excelente experiencia. Alquilamos un auto moderno e impecable (un Fiat 500) el precio fue el mismo desde que hice la busqueda hasta que lo alquile. Atencion super amable y precios muy buenos. No se dejen enganar por algunos comentarios que aparecen aca quejandose. Muy buen servicio!

Lamentable, el peor error de mi vida. Viajo mucho y suelo alquilar coches y recomendaria cualquier compania menos esta(antes iria caminando). Me dieron un coche sin espejo retrovisor y estado lamentable. Lleno de basura, incluso habia un gorro de Navidad y eso que lo alquilamos en marzo. Todo esto sumado a que se supone que habiamos pagado una limpieza incluida en el precio carisimo del vehiculo. Para rematar el servicio de atencion al cliente es super desagradable y nos intentaron timar y chantajear con que si nos quejabamos nos iban a cobrar la diferencia de gasolina con la que habiamos dejado el vehiculo. Por cierto, nos entregaron el coche con el deposito por un cuarto, cuando se suponia que iba a estar lleno. SI ESTAS A TIEMPO HUYE!!

I called to get a quote for a van to pick it up in Madrid and leave it in Cadiz or surrounding areas, the guy who helped me told me that he would send me the quote by email since there were several price options.
