Mi experiencia con Servilugo ha sido siempre muy buena. Sin problemas y al respecto de la resena anterior tan negativa ese dia estaba alquilando un vehiculo y alguna de las cosas que dice yo no las vi.

Pepe, se nego a hacerle factura a mi marido por el alquiler, le dio un simple recibi, al este reclamarle, le quito las llaves del vehiculo diciendole que iva a mirar los km del coche y en el mismo llavero las de nuestra vivienda, negandose a devolverselas, las sillas de nuestros hijos estaban puestas en el vehiculo, le saco las llaves y se negaba a devolverle sus pertenencias, a pesar de haber cobrado y tener un contrato firmado, mi marido tubo que llamar a la policia para poder recuperar nuestras cosas, se negaron e todo momento a dar la hoja de reclamaciones. Pondremos denuncia en la policia Nacional por los hechos, por supuesto.

Alquilamos un vehiculo con ellos, y desde el primer contacto fueron geniales con un trato excelente. Nos facilitaron el servicio de recogida y acompanamiento a la estacion de tren y nos facilitaron las gestiones. Darles un cinco estrellas es quedarse corto

Pepe, el que me atendio, un autentico borde y maleducado. Y eso que iba bajo recomendacion... Menos mal que fue por telefono, porque si lo llego a tener delante me escupe a la cara directamente. Es INTORELABLE dirigirse asi a un cliente, y mucho menos alzarle la voz. Muy poquitas ganas de trabajar y un trato totalmente nefasto. No lo recomiendo en absoluto, a parte de que, de todos los coches que tienen, solo dos son automaticos y uno de ellos practicamente sin maletero. Muy decepcionada y descontenta con la atencion. Si no sirves para atender al publico dedicate a otra cosa. Una estrella y porque no me dejaba poner 0.
