Todo muy bien, a excepcion de haber recibido un Hyundai con bastantes golpes y rayones, en vez de recibir el Toyota que esperaba.

Muy contento con la atencion de la chica que nos atendio en el mostrador y del chico que posteriormente nos entrego el coche. El vehiculo estaba impecable y me devolvieron la fianza a los pocos dias. Venia de 2 experiencias seguidas muy desagradables con otra empresas de alquiler de coches y he de decir que en esta oficina fueron todo lo contrario: muy amables, profesionales y sin presionar para que contrates otros servicios. No le pongo 5 estrellas porque la oficina queda algo lejos de la estacion de autobuses y practicamente no hay transporte publico para llegar. Tambien fue complicado retornar el coche el domingo porque no habia espacios libres delante de la oficina ni en el descampado de al lado. En cualquier caso, estos inconvenientes se ven claramente superados por toda la experiencia positiva en esta oficina, asi que intentare repetir con ellos siempre que pueda.
Very happy with the attention of the girl who helped us at the counter and the boy who later gave us the car. The vehicle was impeccable and they returned my deposit a few days later. I came from 2 very unpleasant experiences in a row with other car rental companies and I have to say that in this office they were just the opposite: very friendly, professional and without pressuring you to hire other services. I don't give it 5 stars because the office is somewhat far from the bus station and there is practically no public transportation to get there. It was also difficult to return the car on Sunday because there were no free spaces in front of the office or in the adjacent field. In any case, these inconveniences are clearly outweighed by the entire positive experience in this office, so I will try to repeat them whenever I can.
La chica que me atendio fue muy amable y el vehiculo facilitado, espectacular.

Eficiencia y amabilidad. Las empleadas de Lugo Centro que me atendieron el sabado 18 y el lunes 27 de noviembre de 2023 fueron muy amables y serviciales. Hicieron todo muy facil y fue un punto extra para disfrutar mas mis vacaciones.

Recogimos un coche para ir al aeropuerto de Santiago (fiat 500 verde claro), nadie acompano al coche, nos dieron el papel y la llave y nada mas. Nos encontramos que en las ruedas y llantas no pusieron nada y estaban fatal (adjunto fotografia) avisamos a donde ibamos a dejarlo en el aeropuerto y sacamos fotografias por seas caso. Ahora nos hacen pagar 90EUR por ese rayazo mismo que sale en la fotografia. Ademas de estar el coche por dentro super sucio y la rueda cortada que es un peligro. Nunca mas!!
We picked up a car to go to the Santiago airport (light green Fiat 500), no one accompanied the car, they gave us the paper and the key and nothing else. We found that they didn't put anything on the wheels and rims and they were terrible (photo attached). We told them where we were going to leave them at the airport and took photographs just in case. Now they make us pay EUR90 for that very scratch that appears in the photograph. In addition to the car being super dirty inside and the wheel being cut, which is a danger. Never more!!
