Nuestro Kia empezo a dar problemas y quedo inmovilizado en taller, por lo que la marca nos tuvo que alquilar un coche de sustitucion y lo hizo con ellos. Nos prepararon un Seat Leon practicamente nuevo en el mismo dia, en cuestion de unas horas lo estabamos conduciendo camino a casa. Fueron legales con el tema del contrato, ampliando para conducirlo una segunda persona sin coste adicional, y tambien con el tema de kilometros de gasolina y demas, todo registrado y sin problemas. Ademas, se han ofrecido ellos mismos a llevarnos al entregarlo de vuelta al taller Kia, para no tener que ir andando o llamar taxi. No solemos necesitar estos servicios al tener coche propio y vivir por aqui, pero si en el futuro volvemos a requerir de un coche de alquiler, sin duda alli estaremos. Muchas gracias por todo.
Our Kia began to have problems and was immobilized in the workshop, so the brand had to rent us a replacement car and did it with them. In addition, they have offered to take us themselves when delivering it back to the Kia workshop, so we don't have to walk or call a taxi.
