eh llamado para hacer una reserva y me contesta un senor no se su nombre dado que al acabar la llamada me dice que no me dice su nombre esta prohibido por la empresa le pregunto precio alquiler por 3 dias me da un precio le digo acabo mirar la pagina me sale bastante menos le digo el importe me aqui va con seguro le digo en la pagina tambien me dice malas palabras aqui vale ese precio si no le interesa alquile id en la pagina es cuando le digo me de su nombre para saber con quien hablo y me responde malas palabras educado que no me lo va dar le digo ire hasta ahi para saberlo y poder reclamar me dice haga lo que quiera gente como esta no debia estar para atender a nadie llevo 24 anos alquilando coches en esta empresa tendre que cambiar

La muchacha que hay alli es el claro ejemplo de no tener ganas de trabajar , es importante que no se olvide q es la imagen de esta compania . Se ve que le da igual que alquiles un coche una semana..q no ... pero a mi tambien me da igual dejar el dinero en otra empresa . Seria interesante que aprendiera de sus companeros del aeropuerto de Coruna que son unos profesionales. Como feedback si fuera mi negocio miraria a quien tengo detras del mostrador . La competencia aprieta .

Alquilado a traves de AMA Seguros. Avis Lugo. En principio la chica de recepcion que trabaja alli en el hotel muy bien. No tengo nada en contra de ella. Creo que sabe hacer su trabajo. Ahora, en contra de AVIS como empresa mucho cuidado con los cargos en cuenta retenidos, y pequenos cobros que no te dan explicacion de ello. He tenido la experiencia de alquilar dos coches y en si, los coches no tienen problema tampoco. De lo que me quejo es de los importes retenidos sin explicacion, casi 400 euros me tenian retenidos y de cobros de 11 euros sin explicacion. Llama aqui, llama alla, nadie sabe nada solo funciona el correo electronico de atencion al cliente. Un fastidio sino fuera por estas tonterias la verdad es que el servicio en si bien. Por estos motivos le doy 2 estrellas porque no me fio de lo que me van a hacer en mi cuenta si alquilo con ellos...
