Hired a car via EasyTerra. Got a delayed flight and bus to pick up the car. Upon arrival the desk customer said that we were too late and that the given flight number was incorrect. There was no way to give us the booked car and he could only retrieve it from the system if we buy an addiontal insurcance of 190EUR, which is bullshit ofcourse. According to our information their office should be open till 2130, however when we called them at 2050 no one picked up the phone. The automatic answering said they close at 20h.

Car hire was very efficient, was able to check in online beforehand and quick transfer to and from the airport. Car was perfect for the week. Only reason it's not 5 * is that there was quite a lot of miscommunication about the initial pick up point on arrival at the airport, and despite instructions (which were incorrect) and a call with the company, it still took about 30 minutes to actual find the transfer

Excellent experience. Starting from the person at reservations, Pablo, who is incredible helpful and service-minded, to the person who shuttles from and to the airport, Sergio. Extremely kind and friendly. Of course, the girl who received the car at returns, also super nice and always with a smile in the face. Prices are just the best and the cars are pretty new. In general it's a 10 out of 10.

People are nice and shuttle service is great, but be prepared that they'll charge you for anything to make up for the low price of rental which was a bit disappointing, and we can't recommend them. Renting a car 30EUR, "additional" cleaning fee 50EUR - for some sand on the carpets that you can't even take out to dust because they are unmovable. Their rental rules state - normal use of a car, cleaning included. Not sure how a bit of sand and dried leaves from the shoes that can easily be vacuumed on a beach island is not considered normal use. Deposit is 1000EUR if you don't get their full insurance. Also, all those positive comments must be from their friends because nobody gets that excited about a rental agency

From the first moment an attention of 10, we contracted the service by phone. Nacho who received us at the delivery of the wonderful car, explaining everything to us, the drivers for the pick-up and drop-off to the airport were also 10, the car was super comfortable, they gave us a polo shirt, the car was great, it was like new, it had 700km, the only problem What happened to us was that there was no way to connect the cell phones to the car, we couldnt do it in any of the 4 days, the rest was great. By the way, I think its great that you cant smoke even inside or next to the car, so they do us non-smokers a favor.

The rental experience has been very good, from the moment the bus picks you up to the reception. Both Nacho and Sergio are truly delightful people, they are top 10 professionals. The only thing that really seems to me that the companys policy should improve is that by not being able to leave the car at the office before 8:00 (I had my flight before that time) they charged me more than 60 euros to give me a box with key to leave the key at the airport. I understand perfectly what was explained to me but I think they should take this into account since compared to other companies, this is the only one with which I have had this experience of paying for this situation. Only for this reason I dont give you 5 stars and I dont think I will repeat it again, in the end the fact that they are outside the airport is already something that does not work in your favor and they charge you for this. It doesnt seem right to me.

Tanto nacho como Sergio son verdaderamente un encanto de personas son unos profesionales de 10. lo unico que realmente me parece que debe mejorar la politica de la empresa es que al no poder dejar el coche en la oficina antes de las 8:00 ( tenia mi vuelo antes de esa hora ) me cobraron mas de 60 euros por darme una caja con clave para dejar la llave en el aeropuerto. Entiendo perfectamente lo que se me explico pero creo que deberian tener en cuenta esto ya que a comparacion de otras empresas esta es la unica con la que he tenido esta experiencia de pagar por esta situacion. Solo por este motivo no os pongo las 5 estrellas y no creo que vuelva a repetir, al final el que esten fuera del aeropuerto ya es algo que no os juega a vuestro favor y a mayores cobran esto. The vehicle had numerous small, almost invisible scratches including a very large scratch on the front bumper, not indicated on the contract. The busy secretary just told me to take a photo not very serious. Fortunately I caught several, near and far. 4- When returning the vehicle, the operator, after registering the license plate, immediately moved towards the front and was particularly attentive, focusing only on the front bumper. Very very suspicious as behavior. He didnt even go all the way around the vehicle. He immediately indicated that there were scratches on the shield. I told him that they were already there at the start of the rental and that I had photos. He quickly looked at my photos, noting that I had taken a photo of the very large scratch on the bottom of the right front bumper and that we could see another on the left part of the license plate. Not recommended And what s more, if you pay close attention to all the good reviews they have on Google, they seem like fabricated reviews ! -> Lots of comments with the first names of the employees who supposedly ensured the reception or return of the vehicle...! Tres mauvaise experience: 1- A l arrivee, la navette Click Rent depuis l aeroport n etait pas suffisante pour le nombre de clients a prendre en charge, certains ont du rester sur le parking longue duree pour attendre le retour de leur conjoint avec la voiture de location. 2- A la prise en charge du vehicule, l enregistrement sur l informatique par les operateurs etait tres lent, malgre le fait d avoir pre enregistre permis et passeports, pres d une heure ! 3- Sur le parking de prise en charge, le vehicule que nous avions loue etait quasi neuf. Mais heureusement habitue a la prise en charge de location, j ai fait le tour meticuleusement du vehicule avant de partir. Le vehicule presentait de nombreuses petites rayures quasi invisibles dont une tres grosse eraflure sur le bouclier avant, non indiquees sur le contrat. La secretaire debordee m a juste dit de prendre une photo pas tres serieux. Heureusement j en ai pris plusieurs, de pres et de loin. 4- A la restitution du vehicule, l operateur apres avoir enregistre la plaque d immatriculation, s est tout de suite dirige vers l avant et a ete particulierement attentionne, se focalisant uniquement sur le bouclier avant.. Tres tres suspicieux comme comportement. Il n a meme pas fait le tour complet du vehicule. Il a immediatement indique qu il y avait des rayures sur le bouclier. Je lui ai retorque qu elles etaient deja presentes au depart de la location et que j avais des photos. Il a regarde rapidement mes photos, constatant j avais bien pris en photo la tres grosse eraflure sur le bas de bouclier avant droit et qu on pouvait discerner une autre sur la partie gauche de la plaque d immatriculation. Il a refait une 2eme fois une inspection meticuleuse du bouclier et il a pretendu qu une rayure de taille microscopique, environ 3mmx2mm etait nouvelle et qu ils allaient nous facturer 367 de reparation. Manifestement l operateur tentait de nous faire payer les degats d une precedente location ou peut-etre meme de faire le coup de la rayure a tous les clients pour doubler le prix de la location. J ai demande a voir le responsable et j ai commence a lever le ton. En zoomant de maniere importante sur l une de mes photos, on apercevait effectivement toutes les micro rayures de maniere a peine perceptible. C est un comportement inacceptable, une tentative d escroquerie. A deconseiller Et en plus si on fait bien attention a tous les bons avis qu ils ont sur Google, cela ressemble a des avis fabriques de toutes pieces ! -> Beaucoup de commentaires avec les prenoms des salaries qui auraient soit-disants assure l accueil ou le retour du vehicule ! J ai loue des vehicules dans plusieurs pays -> Quel client se rappelle le nom des salaries dans des agences de locations de voiture ?
