Wir haben mit dem Auto ein Kindersitz bestellt,bei der Ankunft war es leider nicht da, so mussten wir noch eine halbe Stunde warten bis wir den Sitz erhalten haben. Das Auto hat starke abgenutzte Reifen gehabt- wir sind echt froh, das sie 3 Monate gehalten haben. Ein Licht war defekt und der Scheibenwischer ebenfalls. Bei Nacht und bei Regen eher eine Zumutung zu fahren. Leider nicht empfehlenswert. Bar Zahlung am Flughafen, kein freundliches Serviece!
We ordered a child seat for the car, but unfortunately it wasn't there when we arrived, so we had to wait another half hour until we received the seat. The car had very worn tires - we are really happy that they lasted 3 months. A light was broken and so was the windshield wiper. Driving at night and in the rain is rather unreasonable. Unfortunately not recommended. Cash payment at the airport, no friendly service!

Mietwagen kann an der Station in Los Llanos der Ariane abgegeben werden, andere Verleiher erwarten die Ruckgabe am Flughafen. Vorzeitige Ruckgabe moglich. Minuspunkt: Reservierungen uber die Website werden nicht immer bestatigt. Der Kunde muss nach dem Stand der Dinge fragen.
Rental cars can be dropped off at the Ariane station in Los Llanos, other rental companies expect them to be returned at the airport. Early return possible. Minus point: reservations made via the website are not always confirmed. The customer must ask about the status of things.
Einem kostenpflichtigem Upgrade der Fahrzeugklasse mussten wir wiederholt widersprechen. Lack schlimm zerkratzt, innen abgenutzt, das Lenkrad brockelt. Verbrauch war enorm, Gurtschlosser hinten kaputt, Gurtstraffer ebenso. Luftdruck gefahrlich niedrig. Klimaanlage funktionslos. Mitarbeiter am Flughafen nur eingeschrankt Englisch. Am Telefon dann deutsche Mitarbeiterin, sehr nett.
We had to repeatedly object to a paid vehicle class upgrade. Paint badly scratched, worn inside, steering wheel crumbling. Consumption was enormous, the rear belt buckles were broken, as were the belt tensioners. Air pressure dangerously low. Air conditioning not working. Employees at the airport have limited English. The German employee on the phone was very nice.
Seit vielen Jahren besuchen meine Frau und ich La Palma und buchen einen Mietwagen von Autos Soyka. Aus gutem Grund: die Fahrzeuge sind gut gewartet, die Firma ist absolut korrekt und kulant und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation in Deutsch ist ausgezeichnet.
My wife and I have been visiting La Palma for many years and have booked a rental car from Autos Soyka. For good reason: the vehicles are well maintained, the company is absolutely correct and accommodating and helpful. Communication in German is excellent.
