We would never rent from anyone else now. Very good prices, no bumping up the price with "extras", and first class service. This company was even better than we could have hoped for. Chiara in the Office was exceptionally clear and helpful, well beyond just renting a car. We have rented from them for several years now and it saves us shopping around. We know they are the best for what we want.

The best prize we found and good service. The lady in the office was very nice and professional. When it turned out that our Australian friend can't be a second driver, the company offered us a car an evening before without extra charge and they offered they will drive us back to Ciutadella ( where we stayed) once we return the car. It all went well and smoothly. Highly recommended!

Check-in of the car directly at the airport, very kind staff (Italian spoken perfectly), clean and tidy vehicle, no excess, no security deposit, no worries whatsoever because its everything, absolutely everything included in the price you will pay upon delivery of the vehicle. vehicle and that it is really cheap compared to that of other companies. Very good! We wanted to rent a car and a child seat for a day. We found Autos Royal on Google. We read the previous reviews and decided to go there after looking at the website. The employee at the counter spoke English very well and was very nice. We told her we wanted to rent the cheapest car for just one day. She immediately offered us a car in the cheapest class and didnt try to sell us anything else. The rental price of 57 euros per day includes everything: child seats, fully comprehensive insurance and also the second driver! A few things like upholstery damage and contamination are not included. Since everything is included in the rental price, no other extras were sold to us... Very serious!!! We received a 5-door VW up, the car was tidy, had a full tank and drove very, very well. We had to return the car with a full tank. When it was dropped off, the handover was uncomplicated. Very happy again!!! Highly recommended!!!

Da im Mietpreis alles inklusive ist, wurden uns auch keine weiteren Extras verkauft... Sehr serios!!! Wir haben einen VW up als 5 turer erhalten, der Wagen war ordentlich, vollgetankt und fuhr sehr sehr gut. Wir mussten den Wagen voll getankt wieder abgeben. Bei der Abgabe erfolgte eine unkomplizierte Ubergabe. Sehr gern wieder!!! Sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Really great service! I rented a Panda without using a credit card (unlike the big rental companies), the staff made me find the car in front of the hotel where I was staying, and came to collect the car from the hotel again . It cant get better than this! Affordable prices, no security deposit.
