Great car hire . Very easy to organise. The delivery and customer service was excellent. No hard sell just a smooth hand over and very clean car.
Great price, no hidden costs, easy communication with the owner. We rented a Seat Ibiza (petrol). The car had minor external aesthetic damage and the engine is a bit weaker than we are used to, but it served us well for touring the entire island and going to the Teide volcano. We rented a car for three days at a great price. Compared to other rent-a-car companies, the price is lower, there is no deposit, they answer all questions very quickly. Everything was very simple, fast and clear during the reservation.
Great hire car company, refreshing compared to the usual options and pricing very clear. When the car was dropped at the hotel , they took time to show me the car , the condition and basic controls - as well as answering any questions I had. Great little car , very clean and economical (plus good air con!). Booking and collection was easy too. Would highly recommend ! Also to mention thanks for the various online videos about driving in Tenerife and ideas of places to go , very helpful.
Just returned our hire car. Absolutely amazing service by Andrew,, Lisa and the team. Arranged to hire the car via email. Took delivery at our hotel on Saturday morning and returned it Monday evening at our hotel too. Very, very reasonable pricing and the car was immaculate. We highly recommend you check these guys out. I have used so many car rental companies across the world, (mainly the well known big guys). I have to say the service we received from Sanasty has been second to none! Lisa and Andrew went above and beyond for us during their busiest time of year - we knew they were busy but the service we received made us feel like we were their only customers. Whether a company is big or small it's the service that's of upmost importance, that's what sets you apart. Sanasty keep doing what you're doing - the big guys could learn a whole lot from you!
We have recently returned from our stay and out 10 day hire. The process was straightforward from start to finish, we did have an issue with the brakes but spoke with Lisa in the office who contacted Andrew and had this sorted within the day. They didn't leave us without a car even though they had such a tight turnaround with it being august. Car was brought back to us in the hotel which was great as we did have something booked with the kids. We would definitely book again, I do wish I booked an automatic just for ease but the car had all modern technology which made get around easy. Thanks again
