Delivered the car at our hotel in Adeje, no extra or hidden costs, they were very nice both on the phone and in person! And they answered to our texts almost instantly every time! I rented a car (Fiat Panda) from Hermanns, from 19 to 23 June 2023. Everything went great. The price is really really good, which includes full coverage (obviously, without including driver negligence), and no deposit. They are very professional, kind, and punctual. Then, despite my flight being delayed, there wasn't a single problem, and upon arrival I found Maxime, a very nice guy who explained everything about the car I booked, and local rules. All very clear and at the same time fast, as in about 5 minutes I was in the car,heading to the hotel! The car was very new and perfectly clean! P.S. Just a little advice for less experienced drivers, don't take the Panda if you want to visit places in the national parks, as the roads can be difficult and steep. I haven't had much problems, considering that I have some experience on these types of roads. However, I recommend to everyone to rely on Hermanns to enjoy your stay in this beautiful place! Highly recommended!

One of the best car hire places I have ever used. Great stress free experience hiring a car from Hermanns in los Cristianos. They have a very nice and comfortable booking office in the centre of Los Cristianos, easy walk from anywhere. Yeray who helped us book our car was fantastic and very helpful. The cars are very nice ours was a brand new Volkswagen Polo. We were able to use carplay as the sat navigation, which was great. They have no fuss all in insurance included also. They can also do drop off and collect of the car from your Hotel, which is very convenient. They are very professional and their prices are excellent. I would definitely recommend this company and would definitely be use them again. We had our car for five days and saw most of the island, going around the lovely coastal towns to the bigger cities and across the middle around the volcano Teide. A perfect way to see Tenerife at your leisure.

Nice people, car exactly what we wanted. Did several emails before placing an order for info we wanted. Slightly surprised the office was in a shopping street, walked straight past it. Picked the car up a few minutes away. It was clean and in good condition. All we needed to do for return was park it locally to the shop with a photo of where we left it, then drop the keys in the shops mail box. It had 3/4 of a tank of fuel, and they ask you return with 1/2 a tank. Was cheap to run, happy to use Hermans again.

Amazing service! We were looking for a car rental service in Tenerife, as we didn't book anyone in advance, I found Hermanns service through Google reviews as so many people left good feedback, and I wasn't disappointed. Lovely service asked for a car in the office and we got a car within 15 minutes. The car was clean, petrol was full, and they explained how and where to leave your car after your rental finished. Would recommend to everyone to book with them! Next time we will book with them!

We've been several times to Tenerife already (my fiance lived there for several years) but it was the first time that I rented a car. The first day, that we walked into the office of Hermann Car Rental,Yeray,gave me immediately a good,trustworthy feeling,not to pushy as other people of other company's do and also a good explanation of rental of a car and insurance. The price of the rental of a car is also good. We rented a car for 3 days and we had a great time with it. We went 2 days to Santa Cruz and also other places. When I went back to turn in the rental car,I asked if it was possible to keep the car 3 days longer,this was no problem at all. What also is a nice & good service,wherever you want to pick up of turn in the rental car is possible!
