It's our first time visiting Tenerife, we searched some rental companies but the quote is expensive. After reading the good google review, we decided to give it a go, and we made the best decision in using Cattleya rent. The communication through WhatsApp was smooth and reply was quick, though there was a problem with bank transfer for deposit, it was settled quickly. We rented an automatic VW polo, the car is really new and clean, we had a good drive for three days. On the collection day the process was really smooth and everything was explained clearly, and the shop owner carefully explained the petrol we need to refill as we don't know any Spanish word, which was really helpful. On the return day we were late for about 5 mins but that was OK. The return process again is quick and smooth. We need to pay 150 euros security deposit and the refund only takes two days to come back and we are happy about it. Overall Cattleya should receive more than 5 stars review, highly recommend to anyone looking for a car in Tenerife!

We rented the car with 5 girls and found it very punctual upon arrival at the airport, clean and fragrant. After a week of traveling around Tenerife we had a problem caused by a wheel, we called the emergency number and they immediately solved all our problems. They were very kind and very helpful. The only rental that allowed us 20 year olds to rent a car without exaggerated surcharges but above all with impeccable professionalism and honesty. They let us find the car just outside the airport at the most convenient time in relation to our flight, the same for the return. The car was equipped with all the latest generation comforts including Carplay and sockets for charging the phone, but also with safety systems including help to stay correctly in ones lane. Upon return, the machine was checked quickly without them wanting to look for a defect to keep part of the deposit which instead was promptly returned in full. Excellent experience!

Ci hanno fatto trovare l auto appena fuori l aeroporto all orario piu comodo in relazione al nostro volo, lo stesso per la riconsegna. We extended our trip to Tenerife and it turned out that there were no more cars at the agency at the airport, or else there were some at exorbitant prices. Once we arrived in Tenerife we needed a car for a few days to explore the island and we went directly to the famous CICAR, however, in addition to the fact that the employees were very rude and slow, CICAR had all the cars rented until over 20 days later We therefore turned, driven by the super positive reviews, to CATTLEYA RENT and the experience exceeded all our wildest expectations. I would list the positive aspects I found: 1. Cordiality and kindness on the part of Nicola and the others; 2. Extremely affordable price compared to the competition; 3. Home service (they can bring the car home without going to the agency to collect it and you can leave it directly at the airport at the end of the rental); 4. Extreme correctness and honesty; 5. We were also given very useful advice for visiting the most beautiful places on the island.
