Das Mieten hat hervorragend geklappt. Wir haben 3 Tage vor Anmietung ein Auto online reservieren konnen. Die Zeiten fur das Abholen und Wegbringen kann man selber wahlen (diese beeinflussen den Preis nicht!). Im Vergleich zu anderen Autovermietungen ist diese hier im Preis-Leistung-Verhaltnis definitiv fuhrend! Die Vermietung nimmt *keine* Kaution. Das heisst, dass auch keine Kreditkarte benotigt wird, wie bei anderen Vermietungen. Die Bezahlung erfolgt bei Abholung Bar oder wahlweise mit Kreditkarte. Die Autos sind gereinigt und laufen top. Wir hatten keine Probleme. Auch die Tankregelung ist hier besser als bei anderen Vermietungen. Man bringt das Auto einfach mit dem Fullstand wieder, mit dem man es abgeholt hat. Zuruckgebracht haben wir das Auto abends. Auch das war kein Problem. Schlussel abgeben oder in den Kasten werfen und fertig.
Renting went extremely well. We were able to reserve a car online 3 days before renting. You can choose the times for pick-up and drop-off yourself (these do not affect the price!). Compared to other car rental companies, this one is definitely a leader in terms of price-performance ratio! The rental takes *no* deposit. This means that no credit card is required, like with other rentals. Payment is made upon collection in cash or optionally by credit card. The cars are cleaned and running great. We didn't have any problems. The fuel regulations are also better here than at other rentals. You simply return the car with the level at which you picked it up. We brought the car back in the evening. That wasn't a problem either. Hand over the key or throw it in the box and you're done.

El trato ha sido de 10, muy amables y han cumplido con todo lo indicado en el contrato, hemos cogido moto y coche (descapotable), estaban en muy buen estado y todo ha salido genial, la verdad es que me han facilitado mucho las cosas, incluso entrega en el aeropuerto. Cuando vuelva a la palma, ya se a quien se lo vuelvo a alquilar.
The treatment has been 10, very friendly and they have complied with everything indicated in the contract, we have taken a motorcycle and a car (convertible), they were in very good condition and everything has turned out great, the truth is that they have made things a lot easier for me , even delivery at the airport. When I return to the palm, I already know who I will rent it to again.
We rented bikes from La Palma & Teneguia Princess Resort. Amazing service and great with the option of renting electric MTB-bikes, given the elevation up the hill behind the resort which we needed to climb in order to get to one fantastic route nearby, going through the volcanic area with craters and lava fields, ending up by the salt fields by the seaside. Absolutely beautiful trail! Also some places you could lock the bikes and go for a hike. Very helpful and professional staff, who ensured we had all the neccessary equipment before taking off and went through the bikes one by one with us. It felt like their primary concern was for us to enjoy and have a good time - which we certainly did! If you go to La Palma and stay at this resort, I highly recommend renting bikes at least one day. It was without a doubt the most priceworthy activity/experience during our vacation!
