Employe tres gentil. Voiture parfaite. Location de 32EUR/jour sans difficulte (durant le mois d'octobre) je recommande fortement. Aucune procedure ou souci lors de notre location. Allez y les yeux fermes !

Rented a car on La Palma last week. Friendly and efficient pickup and return at the airport and the car was perfect for what we wanted and good value.
You can rent a car starting from EUR24 per day. I rented a bigger car (Hyundai i20) for EUR224/7 days. Car was nice and clean. The people working there are nice,helpfull and their English is pretty good.
Rented a car from them and in the beginning it was all friendly and good. Handover was quick and on point. We needed to pay the car in cash. The tank was almost empty when we got the car. I think it's much easier to provide the car with a full tank and get it back with a full tank. This won't give discussions afterwards. When we were on the road, we just filled up the tank and then unfortunately the car broke down. Luckily we could reach Ferraz and they changed the car for another one. However, this car had only half a tank of fuel, so we needed again to pay for fuel! At the end they didn't want to refund the money we spend on it and it was all very difficult. It also costs us almost a day that we couldn't travel. We expected at least a "sorry"....but that never came. Will try to find another car rental next time.
No cars for rent
rented a car for 4 days last week: *car very neat and clean *rental speaks spanish, english and german *extension of the car possible by phone without any problems *even found a music cd from other tenants inside the radio (CD MP3 Player, do not forget to bring your own music :) we will rent it again the next time we visit! best wishes from Berlin :)
Just got back from lovely break in La Palma. Many thanks for the hire car. Everything went really smoothly and very nice Hire Car company. No hassle and no attempts to squeeze money out of us via minor scratches etc. Thanks again for great service. Can't recommend highly enough.
Very uncomplicated and complaisant service. Therefor it gave a bit of an unorganized impression (for example the delivery of the car was very spontaneous, we didn't know what car we would get). However, we got what we were looking for to explore the island. The condition of the car was good and we would rent at Auto Ferraz again any time when in La Palma.
