Still an exciting open end ahead: Rented a truck, saturday to sunday, needed to move Sotogrande-Malaga. Fully loaded on the way to Malaga, tyre gave up in Fuengirola. Parked, checked for spare tyre, no spare tyre. Called assistencia, they came quickly, identified a leak where the air was coming out and he vanished without fixing it and called his amigo. His amigo town the truck (with all our things in it) to the base and called us a taxi. I informed this branch via email same moment. Monday: 9.05 woman calling me, aggressively asking where the truck is, i explained. Later her calling saying the mechanic said there is nothing wrong with the tyre (it was flat and assitencia found a leak). I still dont know why there was no spare tyre nor when and if i will get my furniture out of the truck but i seen enough to give it a solid 0/5

They rent vans with mechanical failures, the car left us stranded, we almost had an accident due to a clutch failure. I was scared and upset, and now they dont want to take responsibility for anything. We are going to file a complaint no matter how long it takes, but I am not going to give you away all the damage I suffered and the money paid without having used the van for what we rented it for. NOTHING RECOMMENDED.

I rented a van for a move and they explained to me that when I delivered it I had to refill the same fuel they left me. Just before delivering it, I went to a gas station and started to fill up, to the surprise that the fuel tank gauge was not moving, so I couldnt control the amount I was putting into it. I started for 20 euros, then 10, another 10 and nothing, it still didnt move. Already desperate, I walked around to see if it would move and nothing. With the fly behind his ear a bit, I gave him another 15 euros and in the end he moved and went two lines more than he should have to hand it over. 55 euros I had to put down and I think 35 would have been enough . I think they have rigged the score. I have called to claim the money for the two extra stripes and they have told me that they will not return it to me. I find it outrageous. This has a sure trick!!! I hope it helps anyone who is going to rent a van from this company.

Justo antes de entregarla, fui a una gasolinera y empece a llenar con la sorpresa de que el marcador del tanque de combustible no se movia, por lo cual no podia controlar la cantidad que le estaba echando. Empece por 20 euros, luego 10, otros 10 y nada, seguia sin moverse. Ya desesperada, di una vuelta para ver si se movia y nada. Ya un poco con la mosca de atras de la oreja, le volvi a echar otros 15 euros y al final se movio y se paso dos rayas mas de lo que debia tener para entregarla. 55 euros que tuve que echar y creo que con 35 hubiera tenido suficiente . Pienso que tienen trucado el marcador. He llamado para declamar el dinero de las dos rayas de mas y me han dicho que no me lo devuelven. Me parece indignante. Esto tiene truco seguro seguro!!! Espero que les sirva a aquel que vaya a alquilar una furgoneta en esta empresa.

The service is a shame and the employee has an amazing lack of professionalism and education. I rented a van that was in poor condition and the girl didnt tell me anything during the trip. I realized that it had a breakdown light on, the fender was off so the civil guard stopped me, the side door didnt close so I had to I had to leave everything inside for a whole night without knowing if they were going to steal my valuable merchandise, the empty windshield wiper water tank... I talk to the girl in a polite and respectful manner, she doesnt let me finish any sentence, leaving me like a liar and without admitting anything not even a simple apology.

Alquile una furgoneta que se encontraba en mal estado y la chica no me comento nada durante el viaje me doy cuenta que tiene una luz de averia encendida, guardabarros descolgado por lo que me paro la guardia civil, la puerta lateral no cerraba por lo que tuve que dejar todo dentro una noche entera sin saber si me iban a robar la mercancia de mucho valor, el deposito de agua del limpiaparabrisas vacio... Hablo con la chica de manera educada y desde el respeto, ella no me deja acabar ninguna frase dejandome como una mentirosa y sin admitir nada ni una simple disculpa.
