IRRESPONSABLES,INCOMPETENTES y NADA PROFESIONALES , ya que les pedimos que vinieran a por el vehiculo ya que en este estado que nos lo entregaron no podiamos seguir moviendolo por nuestra integridad y seguridad y a mas de una hora de distancia y la respuesta fue que se lo llevasemos que no podian hacer ellos nada pese explicarles que estabamos a una hora y media de ellos, hasta que el seguro hablo con ellos paso dos dias que ni nos entregaron otro vehiculo y tener ampliada la sustitucion de cinco dias mas y poniendo muchos inconvenientes. Asi que NEFASTOS, el estado de los neumaticos ademas da panico para que hubiesemos tenido un gravisimo accidente.

Entregan el coche sin preparar; el aviso del liquido anticongelante salto. Tuve que comprar yo misma el liquido y esperar a que el motor se enfriara para poder echarlo. Pesimo servicio. Me gusta viajar tranquila y por ello alquilo un coche, pero no esta preparado debidamente y no han sido flexibles a pesar de haberle comunicado este problema puesto que les mostre el ticket de compra de liquido y no han querido devolverme el dinero. Ademas, me han cobrado 95 euros mas por llegar literalmente 36 minutos tarde a la hora de recogida.
They deliver the car unprepared; The antifreeze warning went off. I had to buy the fluid myself and wait for the engine to cool down before I could add it. Terrible service. I like to travel in peace and that is why I rent a car, but it is not properly prepared and they have not been flexible despite having communicated this problem since I showed them the liquid purchase receipt and they have not wanted to refund my money. Mi primera experiencia no fue muy buena ya que desde la complicacion que ofrece para acceder a sus oficinas hasta la resolucion de la entrega del vehiculo ya que este no dispone de personal los sabados tarde para la recepcion del vehiculo y asi no enganar con cargos adicionales de combustible ademas de no poseer flexibilidad horaria ya que surgen imprevistos en los viajes que no se resuelven en 30 minutos. Deberian flexibilizar estos adicionales ya que cuando utilizas este servicio con esta empresa hay veces en las que dejamos el deposito mas lleno a como lo recogemos y lo devolvemos antes del tiempo contratado.

Check the car for any scratchers. They ignore even the biggest damages - guess why!... Take also photos before driving away and when coming back!
