Excelente experiencia de alquiler Recientemente alquile un coche con GOBYCAR y no puedo estar mas satisfecho con el servicio recibido. Desde el primer contacto, todo fue claro y profesional. El proceso de reserva fue sencillo y rapido, con toda la informacion bien explicada, sin cargos ocultos ni sorpresas desagradables. The booking process was simple and fast, with all the information well explained, without hidden charges or unpleasant surprises. The vehicle they delivered to me was in perfect condition, clean and practically new. It met all my expectations in terms of comfort, performance and fuel consumption. Furthermore, the staff was extremely friendly, patiently answering all my questions and offering very useful recommendations for my trip. Returning the car was also very easy, without complications or unnecessary waiting. I was impressed by the efficiency and speed of the process. Everything went smooth, clear and complete information during the pick up and smooth drop-off. Note, if you plan to drop off the car before 8am you will find the office open and can leave the key at their desk. This is not the safest way in my opinion, I'd recommend having a lock box so the keys are safe and cannot be stolen.
Very bad business practices - pushing you into buying additional insurances or reserving huge amounts of money as a deposit in case of damages. Fuel deposit has been withdrawn from my account instead of just reserved - still waiting on getting that back. Very fraud-like practices - DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM
Hemos alquilado un coche para 4 dias y nos parece increible el trato recibido por el personal, muy atentos y muy amables. Contratamos un seguro todo incluido a un precio muy economico. Coches muy nuevos y en perfecto estado. Para la siguiente que necesite volvere a alquilar un coche con ellos.
We have rented a car for 4 days and we find the treatment received by the staff incredible, very attentive and very friendly. We take out all-inclusive insurance at a very affordable price. Very new cars and in perfect condition. For the next time I need I will rent a car with them again.
Can only thank Koldo and Mauricio, both at the pick up and drop off they treated me with an amazing respect and closeness. I was a few days on vacation that my family and I came from Cork, and we will definitely repeat. Thank you.
Atencion muy rapida y todo correcto, con el seguro de la empresa ningun problema, tenia reservado un Yaris Cross y solamente por 7EUR por dia me lo mejoraron a un Nissan Qasqhai nuevo!! Encantado.

Hemos alquilado en el aeropuerto de Bilbao con GoByCar Y ME HA ENCANTADO. Me ha atendido un chico, Koldo creo que se llamaba y la verdad es que super bien nos acompano hasta el coche y la verdad, muy muy agusto. Tambien los coches son nuevos y se nota que los tienen mimados. A mi personalmente me han ganado. La semana que viene vuelvo!!
We have rented at the Bilbao airport with GoByCar AND I LOVED IT. A guy helped me, Koldo I think his name was and the truth is that he walked us very well to the car and the truth is, he was very very comfortable. The cars are also new and it shows that they have been pampered. They have personally beaten me. Next week I'll be back!!
