Take your business somewhere else, the worst experience ever, we made a reservation with Enterprise few months in advance and when we arrived at the counter the person who helped us told us that unfortunately there's no car available and she recommended us to go to another company. We asked to talk with the manager and she told us that she's the manager, asked her name and she refused to give us her full name or e-mail, she said her name is Mary... We had a hard time finding a car available and we had to pay more than double for it. Meanwhile they were giving cars to other people and we could see a lot of keys in their locker, we felt so humiliated by them. We'll try to contact Enterprise Spain and see what they have to say about this. Shame on you Enterprise for letting this happen, obviously we are not the only ones in this situation.

In response to the agent who provided a link to follow (https://enterprise.ehcustomersupport.com/es-es) and enter details to discuss my case: There is no option to select the Bilbao airport in the form so I can't submit accurately the information required - unless I lie and say the car was picked up from Bilbao train station ----- Be careful they will try to charge you extra insurance "CDW" 18EUR + VAT per day, even if you say you didn't want it. They put you to sign on a touch screen and these charges aren't visible. You receive a contract in Spanish via email attachment by which time you would be well on your way. When you return the car they charge your credit card after you returned the key and all seem fine. Of course they don't answer the phone when you ring them (prob too busy)

They don't even deserve one star but unfortunately there is no zero star available. However, if you rent a car from this company, there is no car available. The Enterprise/ Alamo rental company didn't provide me a car without any further notice or cancelling my reservation. They just said, there was a mistake in the system and they don't have cars for me but they have cars for other customers. They asked me to go other car rental agencies and rent a car with last minute prices which is 5x more than my reservation. The so called manager tried to fool me with his childish behaviors and kept me waited 2 hours. After he is convinced that I am not leaving without getting mu reserved car, he disappeared for 20 mins and ended up returning with police. This was much worst experience of my life and I will file a complain about him anywhere possible

In my 30 years of renting cars, both in Europe and the USA, this was one of our best experiences of dealing with a Car Rental desk. We rented a car from July 13th to 20th July 2024 The staff were patient, courteous and knowledgeable. They were fantastic to deal with, it's a pity I didn't take their names but they know who they are and all i can say is they are an asset to Enterprise Car Rentals

We often rent cars when we travel but this was by far the best experience we ever came across. We came very last minute to rent a car and the staff was so friendly. They helped us and everything went really quick. When we brought back the car I accidentally left my phone in the car. They were extremely helpful to make sure it was sent to me. The took the time to call and email us until I got it back, and everything they did was so friendly. We will for sure rent again with enterprise. Thank you so much!

Our flight was delayed and arrived in Bilbao at 10:40 p.m. When we picked up our suitcases and went to the counter it was closed. They left us without a car. It is not a recommended option at all. They do not wait for all the flights to arrive and deliver their reservations like other companies do. It closes and get busy at 11pm at Bilbao airport. Fortunately the rest of the counters were open and they rented us another vehicle. It is preferable to pay a little more and have the peace of mind that other companies offer you.

Nuestro vuelo se retraso y llego a Bilbao a las 22:40 h. En lo que recogimos las maletas y fuimos al mostrador estaba cerrado. Nos dejaron sin coche. No es una opcion nada recomendable. No esperan a que lleguen todos los vuelos y entregar sus reservas como hacen otras companias. Esta cierra y buscate la vida a las 23h en el aeropuerto de Bilbao. Afortunadamente el resto de mostradores estaban abiertos y nos alquilaron otro vehiculo. Es preferible pagar un poco mas y tener la tranquilidad que te ofrecen otras companias.

A disappointing experience with Enterprise Car Rental I recently booked a car with Enterprise and unfortunately my experience was very unsatisfactory. During the reservation, we were not adequately informed about the requirements necessary to pick up the vehicle. Upon arrival at the counter, we provide the drivers information, including ID and driving license. However, they made us go up to another floor to repeat the same process with another employee, which turned out to be a waste of time. A third employee then walked us to the car and started mentioning additional charges that we werent expecting. They informed us of a deposit of almost 500 euros and a cost of 40 euros per day for mandatory insurance. If we did not take out this insurance, the deposit amounted to 1,700 euros. Furthermore, they told us that if we received a fine, we would have to pay an additional 25 euros for management, when it would simply be a matter of notifying the offending driver. We were also asked to inspect the car ourselves to identify any pre-existing damage. They explained to us that the insurance covered the sheet metal, but did not include the underside, the roof or the windows of the vehicle. The number of additional fees and requirements made the process feel more like a purchase than a simple rental. In the end, they required us to present two physical cards: one credit and one debit. They did not accept virtual credit cards, and at no time during the reservation were we informed of this requirement. After more than 30 wasted minutes, we decided to cancel the rental. We opted to go to Hertz, where we completed the rental process in just 10 minutes. A single employee assisted us efficiently, providing us with the car with unlimited electronic tolling and the baby seats we needed. In 15 minutes we were on our way. Based on my experience, I do not recommend renting with Enterprise. If you are looking for a simpler and more transparent process, I believe that other companies like Hertz offer a better service.

Tambien nos pidieron que inspeccionaramos el coche por nuestra cuenta para identificar cualquier dano preexistente. Nos explicaron que el seguro cubria la chapa, pero no incluia los bajos, el techo ni las lunas del vehiculo. La cantidad de cargos adicionales y requisitos hizo que el proceso pareciera mas una compra que un simple alquiler. Al final, nos exigieron presentar dos tarjetas fisicas: una de credito y otra de debito. No aceptaban tarjetas de credito virtuales, y en ningun momento durante la reserva se nos informo de esta exigencia. Despues de mas de 30 minutos desperdiciados, decidimos cancelar el alquiler. Optamos por acudir a Hertz, donde en solo 10 minutos completamos el proceso de alquiler. Una sola empleada nos atendio de manera eficiente, proporcionandonos el coche con telepeaje ilimitado y las sillas para bebes que necesitabamos. En 15 minutos ya estabamos en camino. Basado en mi experiencia, no recomiendo alquilar con Enterprise. Si buscas un proceso mas sencillo y transparente, considero que otras companias como Hertz ofrecen un mejor servicio.

Fatal, shameful, I give 1 star because I cant give 0 which is what they deserve We had rented 2 vans for 14 people. When we arrive to pick them up you tell us that we have to present 2 credit cards for each van and the holder of the 2 has to be the drivers. We explained that the payment conditions do not say anything about 2 credit cards, that they speak of a card in the singular. I put its conditions verbatim: A deposit of EUR 400 will be charged by credit card for the rental of compact, large, premium, luxury and convertible elite vehicles, as well as large passenger vans. Since the drivers did not have 2 credit cards each, they did not want to give us the reserved vans, nor give us another vehicle solution, nor did they allow us to give other peoples credit cards by signing an authorization. We were very lucky that the rental company next door rented them to us without any problems and it was even cheaper for us. On the way back to the airport we went through the office again and there was another person and we asked if to rent a 9-seater van how many credit cards they needed and they told us 1, when we told them that they had asked for 2, and they told us that Sometimes 2 are ordered depending on the availability of these vehicles. The reality is that they did not have these vehicles that we had reserved 2 months ago and they left us stranded. Let them know that these 14 people will NEVER EVER rent with this company again. Pongo textualmente su condiciones: Se cobrara un deposito de 400 EUR con tarjeta de credito para el alquiler de vehiculos elite compactos, grandes, premium, de lujo y descapotables, asi como de furgonetas de pasajeros grandes. Al no tener los conductores 2 tarjetas de credito cada uno, no nos quisieron dar las furgonetas reservadas, ni darnos otra solucion de vehiculos, tampoco admitian que dieramos tarjetas de credito de las otras personas firmando una autorizacion. Tuvimos la gran suerte que la compania de alquiler de al lado nos las alquilo sin ningun tipo de problemas e incluso nos salio mas barato. A la vuelta al aeropuerto volvimos a pasar por la oficina y habia otra persona y preguntamos si para alquilar una furgoneta de 9 plazas cuantas tarjetas de credito necesitaban y nos dijeron que 1, cuando les dijimos que nos habian pedido 2, y nos dicen que a veces se piden 2 segun disponibilidad de estos vehiculos. La realidad es que no tenian estos vehiculos que habiamos reservado hacia 2 meses y nos dejaron tirados. Que sepan que estas 14 personas NUNCA NUNCA volveran a alquilar con esta empresa. Ha sido vergonzoso y con un personal nada profesional.
