I would like to mention that I have seldom experienced such a high level of customer service as I encountered with Jesus at Alamo Logrono. His attention to detail, professionalism, manners and respect for the customer is incredible. Every time I rent a vehicle from Alamo Logrono he always does his best to help me no matter how busy he is (and his English level is very good too). For those dropping off at this location: We called and were told to enter the underground parking lot, leave the car in any spot, and drop off the keys in the Enterprise office on the ground floor near the train waiting area. Nothing was marked, so it was a bit confusing.

700 for a new front window! Knowing these prices they could set the minimum moonshine insurance. If they had informed me before taking out the minimum insurance, I would have taken out the windshield insurance. I did not like the treatment I had with them and I would never hire their vehicle again.

In this place the treatment is very friendly and they answer all your questions. I rented a van for the first time and the person who assisted me was excellent, the only drawback is that for the van you have to leave it on the street and they do not have a parking area specific so you can spend an hour looking for where to park in that area due to the size of the van.

The least I can do is give a more than positive review. We had a car breakdown on the first day of vacation, when we were going to our destination, the car left us stranded on the road and the insurance, due to distance, directed us to Logrono where they gave us the rental car. When we arrived, we were greeted by 3 very friendly guys. At that time they did not have cars available and they advised us to eat something in Logrono until 3:00 p.m. when they reopened the office and received a vehicle. They did us the favor of storing our suitcases and all our beach gear in the office. A few minutes after leaving the train station (where they have their office) they called us to tell us that they had received a vehicle for us. Quite a detail. They gave us a practically new Peugeot 3008, with barely 11,000 km, comfortable and drivable. We loaded our suitcases and were able to arrive at our destination at a reasonable time. Days later, they had the courtesy to call us to see how the car and the trip had gone. They are very professional and attentive, it is a pleasure to find people like that, even more so when these types of unforeseen events happen at the beginning of a vacation. Thank you so much guys!

Tuvimos una averia con el coche el primer dia de vacaciones, cuando ibamos hacia nuestro destino, el coche nos dejo tirados en la carretera y el seguro, por distancia, nos derivo a Logrono donde nos cedian el coche de alquiler. Cuando llegamos nos atendieron 3 chicos muy simpaticos, en ese momento no tenian coches disponibles y nos aconsejaron que comiesemos algo por Logrono hasta las 15:00 que volvian a abrir la oficina y a recibir algun vehiculo. Nos hicieron el favor de guardarnos las maletas y todos los bartulos de la playa en la oficina. A los pocos minutos de salir de la estacion de tren (donde tienen la oficina) nos llamaron para decirnos que habian recibido un vehiculo para nosotros. Todo un detalle. Nos cedieron un Peugeot 3008 practicamente nuevo, con apenas 11.000km, comodo y manejable. Cargamos las maletas y asi pudimos llegar a una hora prudencial a nuestro destino. Dias mas tarde, tuvieron el detalle de llamarnos para ver que tal nos habia ido el coche y el viaje. Son muy profesionales y atentos, da gusto encontrar gente asi, mas aun cuando suceden este tipo de imprevistos al comienzo de unas vacaciones. !Muchas gracias chicos!

Very bad service. They left us without a car on the same day of the reservation and the service was disastrous. Jesus helped me, I made my reservation with him from one day to the next. At the time of picking it up, he told me that I had not shown up at the reserved time and that they were keeping it for 2 hours (which had already passed). My brother rented a car at the Madrid airport for his 4 week trip with family from Indonesia. A Peugot stationwagen type car so he could carry his bicycle. In Madrid, after almost 40 hours of travel, they gave him (a certain Maria) a normal Peugot 508 sedan and told him that this was the hired car, saying that it was a stationwagen, a new model, despite my brothers doubts. He came to Logrono with that car and it was evident that it was not a station wagon and the bicycle that I have from him in Logrono was never going to fit. We confirmed online that it was a normal Peugot 508 model, not the SW type. After calling the headquarters they confirmed that they had not delivered a stationwagen but a normal sedan, thus confirming their own mistake, but they did not offer any solution saying that there was no alternative car available. How is this possible, after having spent more than 1000 euros on rent? So we went directly to the Logrono office where I, his brother, reside. Thanks to the very good management of Emiliano from the Logrono office, today (Monday), almost a week after the events, they changed his car for a station wagon as promised. If it werent for Emiliano, my brother would have been left without the car for which he had paid 1000 euros and would have had to change his travel plans. Thanks again Emiliano!!!! Despues de llamar con la central confirmaron que no le habian entregado un stationwagen pero un sedan normal, asi confirmando su propio error, pero no ofrecieron ninguna solucion diciendo que no habia coche alternativa disponible. Como es posible esto, despues de haber gastado mas que 1000 euros en alquilar? Asi que fuimos directamente a la oficina de Logrono donde resido yo, su hermano. Gracias a la muy buena gestion de Emiliano de la oficina de Logrono al final hoy (lunes), casi una semana despues de los hechos, le han cambiado el coche por un stationwagen como prometido. Si no fuera por Emiliano mi hermano hubiera quedado sin el coche por lo que habia pagado 1000 euros y hubiera tenido que cambiar sus planes de viaje. Gracias de nuevo Emiliano!!!! Y ojala que los companeros del aeropuerto en Madrid y de la centralita y los jefes arriba que no dan signales de vida aprenden algo de lo que significa atender a un cliente adecuadamente, y hacerse cargo de resolver problemas y ofrecer soluciones si lo han provocado ellos por sus propios errores de gestionar la reserva incorrectamente. No se puede atender clientes asi. A ver como a ellos les pareceria ser atendido en primer instante ante una situacion asi cuando han reservado un coche para su viaje. Me alegro que otros en la empresa como Emiliano buscan soluciones por errores cometidos por otros, y entienden el malestar que genera esto!

What a lack of professionalism for an office in the capital of La Rioja, which is clearly a tourist attraction center in Spain. We made our reservation in person in the morning to pick up the car at 5pm. When we arrived at the office we found a handwritten sign that said that they had a situation and that they had to close... they left a phone number that NO ONE answered during the 1 hour we waited. We did not receive an email or call notification of the situation. We had a paid hotel in Pamplona and tickets for an event, as well as a paid hotel in another city in the Basque country. This is too unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Hicimos nuestra reserva en persona en horas de la manana para recoger el carro a las 5pm. Al llegar a la oficina nos encontramos con un letrero escrito a mano que decia que habian twnido una situacion y que debian cerrar... han dejado un numero de telefono que NADIE contesto en el transcurso de 1 hora que esperamos. No recibimos un email o llamada notification de la situacion. Teniamos hotel pago en pamplona y entradas para un evento, asi como hotel pago en otra ciudad del pais vasco. Esto es demasiado poco profesional y desconsiderado.
