I had a fantastic experience with this rent-a-car company! We rented a car for 5 days directly from our hotel (Best Delta), and everything went smoothly. The staff was friendly, the car was clean, and the service was top-notch. I'd give them 5 stars out of 5 without a doubt!
Ik heb net aan de telefoon vermeld dat dit bedrijf je oplicht. Ik heb research gedaan vooraf naar welk bedrijf ik zou gaan om de auto te huren. Ik kwam er online niet goed uit omdat ze voor verschillende opties overal extra geld voor telden en heb hen gebeld. Ik moest naar hun kantoor komen om de reservering te bespreken. We hebben de bus gepakt om de auto te huren. Ter plekke blijkt de auto 2x zo duur als online aangegeven. We hebben duidelijk gezegd de auto van dinsdag tot donderdag ochtend nodig te hebben, maar we konden de auto niet inleveren op het vliegveld omdat hun kantoor dan gesloten is. De keuze gemaakt om hem dan op woensdag voor 18uur in te leveren. De jongen liet me een contract lezen op een iPad en raakte wat geirriteerd dat ik het wilde lezen en vroeg me te tekenen. Omdat het al na 12uur was heb ik niet meer goed gelezen en een contract getekend tot dinsdag 18:00 uur. Hier kwam ik achter doordat ik gebeld werd door het verhuurbedrijf. Ik geloofde het niet, ben mijn contract erbij gaan pakken en zag inderdaad dat de jongen ingevuld heeft tot dinsdag 18 uur, wat absoluut niet afgesproken was! We hebben morgen onze laatste dag gepland en de auto nodig. De man aan de telefoon is erg onbeschoft en bleef maar herhalen dat de auto vandaag terug moest zijn en liet mij niet praten of samen een oplossing vinden. Als ik dit geweten had voor dit bedrag had ik hier geen auto gehuurd. Je kunt overal je geld kwijt op Mallorca er zitten honderden verhuurbedrijven. Ik ben zelf ondernemer en ga zo niet met mijn klanten om. Ik heb ook zelf bij een autoverhuurbedrijf gewerkt en weet dat je in het buitenland vaak opgelicht wordt. Daarom wil ik niet meer huren met een creditcard en vooraf de prijs vastleggen voor het aantal dagen. In principe is de auto ok. Het zijn oude auto's. Het feit dat je geen borg hoeft te betalen vind ik ook fijn. Lees wel goed je contract door, iets dat ik niet goed gedaan heb. Dat bespaart je deze ellende. Zo iemand verpest gelijk je vakantie. Voor mij uit principe huur ik niet meer bij dit bedrijf. Ik kan niet aantonen dat de medewerker een fout gemaakt heeft al weet ik zelf dat dit wel zo is.
I just mentioned on the phone that this company is scamming you. I did research in advance as to which company I would go to to rent the car. I couldn't figure it out online because they charged extra money for everything for different options, so I called them. I had to come to their office to discuss the reservation. We took the bus to rent the car. On site the car turns out to be twice as expensive as indicated online. We clearly stated that we needed the car from Tuesday to Thursday morning, but we couldn't return the car at the airport because their office is closed then. Made the choice to hand it in on Wednesday before 6 p.m. The guy had me read a contract on an iPad and got a little annoyed that I wanted to read it and asked me to sign. Because it was already after 12 noon, I didn't read it properly and signed a contract until Tuesday at 6:00 PM. I found out about this when I received a call from the rental company. I didn't believe it, I went to take my contract and saw that the boy had indeed filled in until Tuesday at 6 p.m., which was absolutely not agreed! We have planned our last day tomorrow and need the car. The man on the phone is very rude and kept repeating that the car had to be back today and did not let me talk or find a solution together. If I had known this for this amount I would not have rented a car here. You can spend your money anywhere in Mallorca, there are hundreds of rental companies. I am an entrepreneur myself and I don't treat my customers that way. I have also worked at a car rental company and know that you often get scammed abroad. That is why I no longer want to rent with a credit card and fix the price for the number of days in advance. In principle the car is ok. They are old cars. I also like the fact that you don't have to pay a deposit. Make sure you read your contract carefully, something I didn't do properly. That will save you this misery. Someone like that will immediately ruin your holiday. For me, on principle, I will no longer rent from this company. I cannot prove that the employee made a mistake, even though I know that this is the case.

I have never experienced such an unprofessional and rude car hire company. They quoted me a price over the phone and when I tried to book the car they denied the conversation even took place. They called me a liar and shouted at me and wouldn't give their names. This is not a way to treat potential customers. I expect they will deny any wrong doing and blame me as being a rude customer. Try asking for their names yourself and see how they treat you. I booked a car with ROIG rentacar instead they were much cheaper and much more pleasant and professional.
Stayed here 5th August for 7 nights 2 adults and 4 children. Rooms was very clean and tidy bedding made and towels replaced daily. The entertainment team was good and got the kids involved throughout the day be it pool volley ball or the kids disco. We was all inclusive and enjoyed the burgers from the snack bar. Breakfast meal was always the same stuff but we enjoyed it. Dinner had multiple choices and if you didn't like certain things they was always cooking the burgers and hot dogs. Evening meal was different themes for each night be it Chinese, Mexican etc they also did a special evening meal night where everyone got to choose a glass of wine as you was waiting to go into the dining area. Kids enjoyed the all inclusive slushy drinks too but most of all enjoyed playing in the pool with other friends they'd met. Location of the hotel is not the best but it does have quite a large supermarket across the road. The only negative of this holiday was on the 2nd night when we went to watch the entertainment at night we sat out in the open near the front of the outside stage and part of the balcony broke off from the 7th floor and hit a woman on the head. Health and safety here is quite shocking the hotel staff still let kids wonder underneath where the accident happened and didn't section it off. It took the ambulance over 45 mins to get to the casualty. Other than this I think the hotel was ok
Great service arranging a car rental at very short notice. They came and picked me up quickly and the car was ready on my arrival. Besides, this car hire company offers the lowest hire prices on the whole island. Great experience! Highly recommend.
