They charged me a random fee after more than a month saying that I got fined. I asked them more information about it and they would not respond! They said they can not give me that information! That it was sent to an address I no longer live. This is senseless! AVOID this place, also I have never waited so long to get a deposit back from a car rental

I rented a citroen C3 with my friend. Everyone was very kind, they came to pick us up at the hotel and took us to the office. good service, we are very happy. Thank you!
During our phone conversation, I informed you of my specifications including child seats and you quoted me EUR70. Then after visiting your office the price increased to EUR105. The child seats were left loose and unfitted in the back of the car without any explanation. I returned to your office seeking assistance, where I was assured that someone would help. However, the person who came to help me left me standing in the rain whilst he spent the next five minutes talking on his mobile phone smoking a cigarette. He then aggressively told me to read the instructions which were in Spanish and ran back in your office leaving me in the rain. After looking at your child seats both were old had different mechanisms and weren't fit for purpose. I came back in your office highlighting my disappointment and was met with aggression from the same guy. When I request my money back he turns more aggressive shouting and being confrontation whilst the rest of the staff look on silently. Friendly advice, sack that guy! His customer service skills are the worst I've witnessed.
