Unhelpful staff. If you use miles (bonuses) and don't pay for the renting at their office - expect that they would do everything to repeal your bonuses and squeeze money from you. We will never go to this awful place again as the service is terrible!

Very good attention from the girl at the reception, close and familiar treatment, the car they left us was a very new Renault Megane Wagon with 20,000 km, with incredible finishes and equipment inside with ambient lighting that you can change the color to your liking, sensors around the perimeter of the car that is great for parking, the possibility of connecting your cell phone to the car and countless other things, its a shame that it smelled a lot of tobacco, and its also a shame that my insurance company couldnt extend my vehicle contract because I have mine to repair and I am affected by the transport strike and I am not receiving the missing parts for my car.

Muy buena atencion por parte de la chica de recepcion, trato cercano y familiar, el coche que nos dejaron era un Renault Megane Wagon muy nuevo de 20.000 km, con unos acabados y equipamiento increibles en su interior con luz ambiental que le puedes cambiar el color a tu gusto, sensores en todo el perimetro de el coche que va estupendo para aparcar, posibilidad de conectar el movil con el coche y un sinfin de cosas mas, lastima que olia mucho a tabaco, y lastima tambien que mi compania de seguros no pudiera ampliarme el contrato del vehiculo porque tengo el mio a reparary estoy afectado por la huelga de transportes que no me llegan las piezas que les falta a mi coche.

If I had the option, I would choose to take a car at another branch. The guy is sure that everyone knows what the process is for getting the car. He showed impatience and politeness. I received a car full of injuries from all directions. The front fender looks like its going to fall off at any moment. They gave me keys without escorting me to the car. Hello, the change of personnel in this agency is felt, the woman at reception received us in an unpleasant manner, the car was not ready and damaged everywhere. She asked us to wait 1 hour. So I will no longer go to this agency and if I have to work with Europcar again I will go directly to Girona airport. I really miss the old team.

Elle nous a demande d attendre 1heure. Je lui ai fait remarquer l etat du vehicule , sa reponse c est le moteur qui compte, et nous n avons pas d autre voiture, elles sont toutes a Girone . Donc je n irai plus dans cette agence et si j ai a travaille avec Europcar de nouveau irai directement a laeroport de Girone. Je regrette vraiment l ancienne equipe.
