Muy satisfecho con el alquiler, un monovolumen de 8 plazas nuevo y muy comodo, Rosa se porto de maravilla ya que por averia del tren llegamos con bastante retraso y alli estaba esperando en la puerta del ave para hacernos la entrega, comunicacion, amabilidad y profesionalidad un 10, repetiremos sin dudar.

Experiencia muy buena, recogi y devolvi el coche en la estacion de Renfe. La contratacion fue muy facil, el coche estaba muy bien equipado con ruedas de invierno y porta esquies. No pude llenar el deposito en la devolucion y no fue un problema ya q Rosa me dijo q lo haria ella y q no hay cargo por hacerlo, obviamente descontaron el gasto del diesel de la reserva. Todo muy facil y ellos muy amables! Un gusto!
Very good experience, I picked up and returned the car at the Renfe station. The hiring was very easy, the car was very well equipped with winter wheels and a ski rack. I was not able to fill the tank upon return and it was not a problem since Rosa told me that she would do it and that there is no charge for doing it, obviously they deducted the cost of diesel from the reservation. Everything is very easy and they are very friendly! A pleasure!
Encara no hem llogat, pero sols puc dir que el tracte i facilitats en la reserva ja es mereixen les 5 estrelles!!!

Cuando llegas a Lleida con cierta urgencia pues es el unico rent a car que te lleva el coche al aeropuerto. Con lo cual, el tema esta muy limitado. No tuvimos problemas concretos, pero vamos, que si hubiera mas donde elegir, no serian mi primera eleccion.

Muy buena experiencia. Muy practico el servicio porque la recogida y devolucion del coche se hace en la misma estacion del ave. Muy comprensivos, ya que no pudimos llegar con el deposito lleno y no hubo ningun problema. Muy recomendable.

Muy practico ya que el garaje en el que se encontraba el vehiculo se encontraba literal en las puertas de la estacion del AVE. Experiencia buena y devolucion de la franquicia al dia siguiente de la devolucion del vehiculo.

Trato lamentable de la chica de recepcion. Si no saben ser diligentes con sus clientes y con el dia a dia, no esten de cara al publico. Y eso sin mencionar que cambiamos la furgoneta por una mas pequena y nos cobraron lo mismo. Hemos alquilado coches en muchas empresas y lo de esta empresa es una verguenza. No recomendamos sus servicios! ....Respondiendo a su comentario, en referencia a la rascada el piloto roto y el estado lamentable, agradeceria que mirara las fotos y valore la "gran rascada" y el piloto roto... por otro lado, esta justificando el trato descalificante y lamentable de la trabajadora hacia mi, por entregar el coche con una "rascada"?? Sin contar que nos han descontado de la franquicia de 300EUR , 160EUR por un piloto que no vale mas de 40EUR. Me reitero aun mas, no recomendable!

We do not recommend their services! ....In response to your comment, in reference to the scratch, the broken pilot and the regrettable condition, I would appreciate it if you would look at the photos and evaluate the "great scratch" and the broken pilot... on the other hand, you are justifying the disqualifying and regrettable treatment of the worker towards me, for delivering the car with a "scratch"?? Not to mention that they have deducted EUR160 from the EUR300 deductible for a pilot who is not worth more than EUR40. I reiterate even more, not recommended!
