Me siento estafado. Cuando hice la reserva, el vehiculo seleccionado en la pagina web era el Peugeot 2008 1.2 VTI 82CV (CMMR) o similar y el que me entregaron era un MG modelo ZS con 5 velocidades con el que practicamente es imposible adelantar incluso camiones en condiciones de seguridad por la falta de potencia motor. Este cambio, se hizo en base al codigo ACRISS que desconozco si es legal su aplicacion o no. Ademas el vehiculo tenia sucio el exterior y con multiples aranazos y roturas en el interior. Lo mas sorprendente es que en el contrato figuraban una serie de defectos del vehiculo, que me indicaron debia revisar yo porque ellos no pueden hacerlo en detalle debido a las condiciones de iluminacion del parking, siendo responsabilidad mia cualquier defecto adicional a los indicados en el contrato si no les enviaba fotos por watsup a un numero indicado en el contrato. Todo esto, con un suplemento de seguro que seguro usan para incrementar el coste del vehiculo porque como se puede ver en las fotos no reparan los danos. En resumen, me siento estafado y decepcionado. Jamas volvere a contratar un vehiculo con Europcar.

Acudimos a esta estacion porque nos quedamos con rueda pinchada en medio de la carretera..nos reubicaron ahi. Nos atendio una senora muy maja con mucha tranquilidad. Nos asignaron un coche super bueno. Muchas gracias
We went to this station because we were left with a flat tire in the middle of the road...they relocated us there. A very nice lady attended us with great calm. They assigned us a super good car. Thank you very much
La estrella es por las dos empleadas que fueron muy amables, pero me parece increible que hoy en dia no tengan el servicio de contacles lo que me supuso tener que ir a un cajero en pleno agosto a buscar efectivo porque no llevaba encima la tarjeta fisica.

MENTIROSOS Y ESTAFADORES !!! 1. Para dejar el coche en otro punto de Europcar te cobran 150 mas. 2. Por 15 litros de gasolina que faltaban por ir apurado para llegar a la hora establecida, me cobraron 110 segun ellos los 70/80 eran para el desplazamiento hasta la primera gasolinera. 3. La fianza no es de 300 como lo pone en internet,sino 500 que segun ellos te lo devuelven hasta dentro de un mes.4.Al devolver el vehiculo ,si te pasas de la hora establecida aunque con 10 minutos te cobran 1 dia demas. vamos...PURA ESTAFA, NO RECOMIENDO !!!

Si llegas hasta alli en un medio distinto del tren, no encontraras facilmente la oficina de Europcar. No hay ninguna indicacion en el contrato que nos dan en Alicante. El telefono informado no responde las llamadas. El personal es poco proactivo. Mas bien indiferente con nuestra sugerencia de explicar mas claramente como llegar hasta ellos con coche. Sin embargo, la atencion en las oficinas centrales en un numero de Madrid ha sido impecable.
If you get there by means other than the train, you will not easily find the Europcar office. There is no indication in the contract they give us in Alicante. The reported phone does not answer calls. The staff is not very proactive. Rather indifferent to our suggestion to explain more clearly how to get to them by car. However, the attention at the central offices in a number of Madrid has been impeccable.
