Booked a car to pick up in Spain. Booked with a human over the phone. Arrived at train station in rural Spain to discover all car rental agencies shuttered for the weekend, leaving us SOL. Enterprise had no offers to help except to get us a car the next day (we need to drive to another town tonight and that doesn't work for us). They literally could not have cared less and the customer service agent hung up on my husband. If I could leave 0 stars, I would.

Very disappointed with the service provided. I had a long trip to do from Lleida and to make it more comfortable I rented an automatic transmission car. Which is of course more expensive. The car was confirmed and fully paid for. When I arrived to the location for the pick up they told me I had to wait 45 minutes for my car because it was being used by another customer. Or that they would give me a manual transmission car. Incredibly unacceptable - I was in a rush. If it had been the other way around that I had arrived late I would have been charged a fortune. Had to go ahead with the manual one without a choice. They sent me a customer satisfaction survey and told me they would contact me... still waiting after more than a month. Terrible service, 0 customer care. I will never use this company again and will make sure no one from my circle does either.

Looks from the reviews that it might be a hit or miss.... I think this is common for many car rental offices all over the world. My experience was very good- our original rental had issues, so we had to go to Lleida to replace it- Boris took care of things and gave us a different car on a short notice. All went smooth.

Confirmed and paid for a car rental on Feb 20th. Pick-up was on Feb 25th at 11:30am and received a last minute cancellation via email at 9:00pm the night before. Not a reliable branch even though it's under the Enterprise brand and would highly recommending avoiding booking with.

Terrible service. Anymore. They wanted to charge me almost 100 euros more for insurance on windows, wheels and all risks. Otherwise I would have to pay up to 2800 (1400 and 1400 or something like that) euros in excess if something happened to the van. Ok, I accept. Then they told me that I had to pay 200 euros as a deposit. This is surreal because they dont put it on the website (obviously, they do put it, sure, but where? small? low in the terms and conditions? I think its ridiculous that It does not appear in the middle of the screen and in yellow, as an additional note, the girl told me that in which company that did not happen, as if it were the most normal thing to have to pay twice for a service) but still, Ok, I accept . And finally, when it comes to paying, they tell me that the card has to be physical, I tell them I dont have it, that, it doesnt matter. And they tell me that either physical or nothing, cancel right away and on top of that they wont refund the money you made to reserve the van. Then later I started reading the comments on the Google reviews and I was amazed, thank goodness I didnt get the services, I ended up making an imaginary scratch and maybe they charged me for the entire repair for the haha

Esto es surrealista porque no lo pone en la web (obviamente, si que lo pone, seguro, pero donde? pequeno? a bajo en los terminos y condiciones? me parece ridiculo que no salga en el medio de la pantalla y en color amarillo, como nota adicional, la chica me dijo que en que compania no pasaba eso como si fuera lo mas normal el tener que pagar 2 veces por un servicio) pero aun asi, Ok acepto. Y por ultimo a la hora de pagar me dicen que la tarjeta tiene que ser fisica, yo les digo que No tengo, que, que mas da. Y me dicen que o fisica o nada, cancele en el momento y encima no te devuelven el dinero que has echo para reservar la furgoneta. Luego posteriormente me puse a leer los comentarios de las resenas google y flipo, menos mal que no pille los servicios, llego hacer una rascadura imaginaria y puede que me cobrasen toda la reparacion por los jajas

El coche, un Kia con 20000km, no como la Fiat de Amovens con 226000km que me dejo tirado por 30 horas sin ofrecerme solucion, tuve que pagarme la grua y el hotel y las comidas, en cambio en Enterprise, me notificaron las ralladas que tenia el coche al entregarmelo, tuve un magnifico viaje en un coche nuevo como se espera al alquilar un coche, y lo devolvi en cinco minutos en Barcelona Sants y al instante me reembolsaron la fianza. 10/10 para Enterprise, 0/10 para Amovens. Horrible experience. We rented a van and despite going and calling several times to confirm that everything was correct (since it was for a move to the other side of Spain), the day arrived to pick up the van and it was not available, we had to delay everything . To make matters worse, they overcharged us and they dont answer our phone or answer our messages. Terrible attention, especially from the guy who attended us on the first day. If you want something serious this is not the place.

Para colmo nos cobraron de mas y no nos cogen el telefono ni contestan los mensajes. Pesima atencion sobre todo por parte del chico que nos atendio el primer dia.
