Super happy with this rental car company and definitely will use it again for the future.

Perfect place to rent a car when you're visiting portugal. Pickup at airport is possible and its a personal experience, no waiting, person waits for you and gives you car immediately in few minutes. Contract is simple and no hidden fees or charges. No upselling as well. Insurance possible but i didnt take it and it was all fine - just take good care of the car and thats it. I rented for 12 days and got Peugeot 208 in diesel and it looked almost brand new, no problems at all, very comfortable and also very good price. Look no further. I wanted to avoid big corporations which try to scam every time and rented here and would rent again. Thanks Vasco for great pickup even at late hour!

Fantastic service and car! We have rented twice from Rentauto and they bring the car right to you at the Lisbon airport. You can drop the car off with them the same way. Very cool. We rented a Peugeot 2008 from Rentauto in faro airport for 5 days and to bring it back to Lisbon airport. Everything went great and Vasco was already waiting for us when we give back the car, it was a smooth process and he even helped us guide us to the correct way we needed to go. We used Zest Car Rental to review available rental companies and rates. We chose Rent Auto and were pleased with their service (in person and phone) as well as the car. We speak a little Portuguese and were appreciative that we could communicate in English. We would choose these companies again! Obrigado

We cannot recommend RENTAUTO enough! We booked with them via Zest, and it all went beyond smooth. We got and returned our car to the Lisbon airport. Instead of waiting in the super long lines for the bigger car companies, we were met immediately by a RENTAUTO representative as soon as we cleared customs. They immediately helped us sign the remaining paperwork, no upsales or unexpected charges, and took us immediately to get our car from the garage at the airport. When we returned the car, super tired at the end of our trip and early in the morning, we weren't 100% sure how to get back to the garage where we needed to get the car. We called the rep and he came to meet us where we were and handled everything. We very much appreciate RENTAUTO and would definitely use them again in the future!

Car was at the airport and representative was early and very ready to help us. All paperwork was done quickly and promptly. Vehicle was clean and fuel tank was half full, vehicle details were explained to the detail I asked for. Price was very reasonable!Thank you

Great service and such friendly staff at their office both during pick up and drop off. Dropped of their white Peugeot 208 on Saturday. The gentlemen explained everything patiently without trying to push for any add ons. Had a very smooth and quick drop off experienced they didn't try to pin any existing damages on you as you get with some rental companies. Will definitely use them next time and recommend them
