The best car rental option for your travel plans to Portugal and beyond. Excellent communication, quality vehicles, competitive pricing. Plenty of fast EV chargers throughout the country eliminates the need to pay for over-priced petrol. Paulo will even offer airport pickup and drop off. Will not hesitate to use their services again. A surprise prepared by my husband on my birthday. It was an experience I will never forget. Ive been in love with the Tesla brand since Ive known it, but driving one is a mix of wonderful sensations and the 5 senses. Paulos friendliness and professionalism were the icing on the cake. Initially there were some setbacks with the vehicle we had rented (outside the control of Watts on Wheels) but they quickly worked to find a solution for the customer (me). Throughout this process, there was ALWAYS transparency, friendliness and availability, always. The service that Watts On Wheels demonstrated with us is to be praised (and appreciated), above average professionalism and customer service. We spoke with Mr. Paulo and Mr. Pedro, both fantastic people who really go above and beyond for the client. Needless to say, we 100% recommend the Watts On Wheels service and remain customers. As bad luck happens, unfortunately our Tesla was damaged and it needed to be immobilized for repairs for 2 days. As I was not guilty, I asked the culprits insurance company for an electric vehicle as a replacement car for those 2 days. Initially they responded that they had no agreement with any car rental company for an electrical solution, and the most they could do was pay 60 per day of immobilization. I didnt agree with the proposal and asked if I could rent it on my own and send the invoice for payment. The answer was, yes, you can send the invoice for analysis, in other words, an unclear answer. I decided to take a chance and turned to @Watts on Wheels, and rented a Tesla. I received spectacular service, and they even did the extra service of delivering and collecting their car to the workshop where ours was being repaired, 5 star service. I sent the invoice to the insurance company and to my surprise, after 5 days I had the money in my account, in this chapter they were also 5 stars!

Como nao era culpado pedi a seguradora do culpado uma viatura eletrica como carro de substituicao para esses 2 dias. A resposta foi, sim pode remeter a fatura para analise, ou seja, resposta pouco clara. Decidi arriscar e recorri a @Watts on Wheels, e aluguei um Tesla. Tive um atendimento espectacular, e inclusive fizeram um servico extra de me ir entregar e recolher o carro deles a oficina onde o nosso estava a reparar, servico 5 estrelas. Remeti a fatura a seguradora e para meu espanto passados 5 dias tinha o dinheiro na minha conta, neste capitulo foram tambem 5 estrelas!
