They dont answer your calls. Its been almost 10 attempts and they dont answer. I dont even want to say the drama they created because of the rating I gave them, but they deserve this and more for not wanting to rent me a car so that in the end this rating will affect them and they would want to repay me for the bad attention by unblocking me from WhatsApp and begging me to I will change the star I gave them (and they deserve it).
