Good cars and not as expensive as most car rental places. I pay $1000 for one day for a small size car. Friendly people. They even drove me back to the hotel after I dropped the car.

Pre-paid online, drove 2 hours to pick up the car and there were no cars available. Trying to get a refund seems impossible. No one picks up on the Payless Mexico support phone number, and when calling USA they cannot find any information on this. Next step is to call Chase to get a refund. In total, driving phone calls and emails 4+ hours so far to get a refund due to incompetence. Horrible way to run a business. The business has one function, to rent cars. Tracking inventory is not hard. Horrible. If you make a reservation, you should call and verify that there is an actual car there.
