Great costumer service, and travel experience, employees are very polite, we didn't pay more then the according amount from the bingeing. When we got to the air port they had our rental truck ready for us, also they offer pick up truck for service and the pick up time was less then 30 min. Everything was excellent, totally recommended to friends and family. Book with them !

Terrible rental agency. They charged my credit card twice without my consent for $20,000 pesos (over $1000USD) which locked my credit card from further use and left me stranded hailing a cab back to my hotel. I would never recommend them to anyone.

I had a problem with the rental of a large truck, I bought the full tank service, when I refilled gas I realized that it had 10 liters less gas and in the units manual I confirmed it, they made the cost adjustment of gasoline without problems, but at that moment I realized that they charge VAT on gasoline, in addition to the IEPS and VAT that it normally includes.

Tuve un inconveniente con la renta de una camioneta grande, compre el servicio de tanque lleno, cuando volvi a recargar gasolina me di cuenta que le cabian 10 litros menos de gasolina y en el manual de la unidad lo confirme, me hicieron el ajuste del costo de la gasolina sin problemas, pero en ese momento me di cuenta que le cobran IVA a la gasolina, adicional al IEPS e IVA que ya incluye normalmente.
