FIVE STAR SERICE!!!! Flew in to Leon from Kansas City and Lince made this experience nice and easy. My experience with lince rent a car was amazing! Lince was extremely helpful and made my car rental experience a 5 star experience. His communication was outstanding! The vehicle was in perfect condition like new, clean, and gassed up. The check in and check out process was extremely fast and efficient. I will recommend all my friends and family to lince!

If your American they will try to scam you they DO NOT OFFER THE SAME SERVICE to Americans that they do to Mexicans from Mexico they charge me 100$ more then a local they paid 1/3 of what I paid for a rental per day never ever ever rent a car in Mexico UBER IS SO AFFORDABLE MY BIGGEST REGRET IS BRINGING MY BUSINESS HERE

This car renter in downtown Leon .I was rent for one week and extend few days . Excellent service from Angel . Fast response ,competitive price , flexible car choose . I will give them 4.8 star . The only thing happen when I drive car to restaurant and a small issue happened . But Angel response very fast and change me an other car without any cost . Recommend for 100% . 10 time better experience than rent car in airport Silao !!!

I rent 2 cars on this place during 10 days. Be careful when receiving the units. Take pictures of everything even the roof. Because when you return the unit, they will look for any single dent to charge you more. Also the fist car I rent I left 1/4 of gas extra which I was not reimbursed. They charge me on the second because gas was low. I was planing to rent a van for 15 passengers next January but no thanks. Nice way to loose future customers.

In this company they used our credit and debit card information. They made purchases at SHEIN and Bodega Aurrera. The boy who served us was very attentive and friendly but that was overshadowed by the terrible experience we had in the end. Careful.

Be careful with these scourges, first they gave me a car in poor condition, it had mechanical problems and they forced me to fix it myself with a mechanic (of course they continued to charge me for the fix time and they did not pay me what the fix cost) not just that, When I delivered it they charged me because it was dirty which was not true, and the deposit I left as a guarantee was not returned to me, I dont know why I rented here with Hertz, Europcar etc.. DO NOT rent here, avoid headaches. Apart from everything, people with little education and arrogant serving.
