Me informan al devolver el coche que al recogerlo nos tenia que haber acompanado un trabajador. Nos cobraron una rayada que ya estaba. Al retirar el coche, te marcan en un papel los danos que ya tiene pero de una manera muy ambigua. Al devolver el vehiculo es cuando te dicen que te tenian que haber acompanado a retirarlo y que tenias que echar fotos. Experiencia horrible. No lo recomiendo para nada. He intentado escribiros pero claro, hay un error...
They informed me when I returned the car that a worker had to have accompanied us when we picked it up. They charged us for a scratch that was already there.
