Never make a reservation here!!!!!!!! Expedia quoted me a USD 45 price for a 3-day car rental, and when I showed up to pick up the car a month later, the woman working there told me that it was mandatory to add a USD 280 insurance right after she scanned my passport, driver's license and credit card. I told her that my AMEX Platinum covered the collision and theft insurance internationally, and she refused to let me remove it to lower the price. She wasn't friendly and showed no remorse when I left without a car or plan B to navigate Leon alone. She deserves to get fired and this business to be shut down by the PROFECO (Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Agency) for false advertising and bad practices... Uber instead.

Unreliable rental cars, terrible handling and hidden costs. - We rented a car in Mexico and discovered that the rear seat belts didnt work. The car broke down on the way on the way there. We then had to wait four days for a replacement car. Finally, 1,000 pesos were withheld from the deposit without comment. Complaints via email and telephone will be ignored. - Be sure to stay away from Europcar Mexico.
