I wanted to take my time that to say that Erick is a amazing , he always give amazing customer service , is always on top of things , he goes beyond his job and he know what is good customer service , you don't get that anymore ! Erick always is very helpful , he takes his job serious , he needs to get a promotion, he kills it all the time , Abel and Monica are very good as well and always on top of things , but is is the one that help me the most . I will report this corporate so they reach out and employees get recognition. But wanted to say Erick is amazing

my brothers in Christ, do yourself a favor and pay through enterprise dot Mx... if you order from American site you will be charged SUBSTANTIALLY more, talking 3X plus. This is the only company I rent from.

Awful experience. We booked the car online for around $350 for two weeks, when we showed up we were told we'd have to purchase a mandatory Third Party Liability insurance for an extra $600. We hesitantly went through with the rental anyway, that was our mistake. We then called asking to change the drop off location of the car expecting to pay a fee to do so and were told that the fee would be an extra $500! I asked to speak to someone who could help me as the agent was not helpful and they hung up on me. Worst company I've dealt with. Do yourself a favour and run in the other direction.

This place is a total scam. They make you purchase insurance of their own, they do not accept third party insurance. Also they do not honor website prices. I booked through a third party agency everything was ready for me to pick up the car and they wouldn't release unless I purchase insurance. I received a call how my rental was going, I explain to management how I was upset of the situation she didn't seem to care. Once I dropped the suv off the guy confronted me and my husband trying to fight of why I gave him a bad review. Very unprofessional he told me why would I rent a car trough a third party if enterprise has is own rules. He chooses who and what amount they want to rent a car for.

Erica was helpful.This is how it works they are changing 700 pesos a day which is close to 35.00 dollars the internet will tell you prices up to $7 a day is not true be ready to pay for a 4 seater car For 700 hundred pesos a day .Stay away from Buget they will give you a dirty dusty car with no gas the workers are all tweaked out. At Enterprise Erica will give you a half a tank for free.. remember it's 35 dollars a day for a small car with insurance liability. And a deposit of 3000 pesos. Been to Mexico three times already this is the best place so far. I had the vehicle from October 14th till Wednesday night I was charged $3,300 with insurance on October 2023. My father lives in Mexico and he gets charged 700 pesos a day.. remember don't get insurance in USA get it in Mexico. I get liability. Stay away from Budget and Avis . Specialty Budget crooks they will rob you.

If I could rate this place it would be a -5 review run away from this place. Highway robbery this place won't let you rent the car unless you get their premium insurance...just car insurance it was $800 not including car rental!! And is dollar not pesos!!!!

They are just a liar and criminals. They don't even accept 3rd party insurances. They are not honored to the website prices. They charge you triple price that you see on the website. DO NOT GET ANY CAR FROM THIS PLACE. You will thank me for this advice. Also, that would be nice if they would have somebody to speak English too!

They don't honored the price when I booked the vehicle. There is so much I can say about this place all I can tell you is that for anyone who is traveling from the estates be ready to pay way more money that you pay in the estates by far.
