Reserve un vehiculo para el dia 25 de noviembre, cuando llego a la oficina me comunican que no tienen ningun vehiculo disponible y que lo que puedo hacer es irme a la competencia. He tenido que cancelar todos mis compromisos, no me han avisado con anterioridad por lo que he tenido que recurrir a taxis para desplazarme otra vez a mi casa. Me parece muy poco profesional lo sucedido asi como su actitud ante la situacion.

Desde el primer momento, el personal de esta oficina fue increiblemente amable y eficiente. Julio 24 - En esta ocasion me toco un Hyundai Tucson, el coche no me gusto mucho por varios motivos, el control de velocidad no iba muy fino, a veces daba tirones, el cuadro de mandos me parecia muy basico, no tenia climatizador. Y ademas en esta ocasion, no me lo dieron limpio del todo y me encontre alguna sorpresa dentro del coche. ----------------------------------------------- Julio 24 - La gestion y el trato como la vez anterior, en esta ocasion me toco un Opel Astra bastante bien equipado pero puestos a pedir le faltaba la deteccion de angulo muerto.. ----------------------------------------------- Junio 23 - Reserva rapida y correcta segun lo gestionado anteriormente. Me toco un Volkswagen Golf automatico que iba muy bien.

Andrei & Laura are a value that the company has to know is difficult to find!!! Apart from the service, which has been very good, they are people involved in their work, professional and with unbeatable customer service. They made me feel so good during the entire rental pickup/delivery process that this is why I focus my review on them. Congratulations and dont let them change you! The rest of the telephone/email service is also very effective. Furthermore, the service provided was unbeatable; They delivered me a clean and practically new car quickly. For work/leisure I usually rent with other companies, but my experience at ENTERPRISE with its employees (at least in Leon, Spain) will make me value ENTERPRISE as my first option from now on. My family, with my 4-year-old granddaughter and my pregnant daughter, are living a total nightmare! My daughter rented a car through Rastreator, the money was collected from her and the reservation was made, but yesterday, Saturday, 11/02, we arrived at the office and they were closed, we called and they didnt give us a solution, like GET YOUR LIFE, we had We have to take a hotel and pay for transfers to wait for them to open today, Sunday 11/03, and the office does not give us any solution, they tell us that THERE ARE NO CARS AVAILABLE, despite HAVING ALREADY PAID FOR THE CAR RENTAL, that they cannot help us and we are stranded in Leon, without being able to reach our destination since because it is the weekend, it is more difficult to get around! Son unos irresponsables, una verguenza de compania, tratan como basura a los clientes, como si nuestro dinero valiera menos q el de otros clientes! Son unos abusadores del tiempo, el dinero y la necesidad de las personas, JAMAS NADIE, deberia estar pasando por una situacion como esta q estamos pasando, con ninos pequenos, por la falta de etica de esta gentuza! I put a star because I cant leave without putting anything but a -10. On Monday I hired a rental car with this company, they gave me confirmation of the reservation for Friday, so far everything is fine. On Thursday I received ONLY ONE CALL that, due to work, I could not answer until later I called and they contacted me with the headquarters and told me to call first thing in the morning, it would surely be to confirm the pick-up time. I had a reservation for a vehicle made through Booking for 9:00 and when I arrive they tell me that the vehicle will take about 40 minutes because it has just left Ponferrada (false because from Ponferrada to Leon it takes 1 hour and 10 minutes). On the other hand, they ask me for a physical credit card to deliver the vehicle. I tell them that I dont have a physical card, that I have a digital one and they tell me that then they cant give it to me (company policy). I tell them that I have 2 physical debit cards or that I can pay the deposit in cash and they tell me no. They do not accept any alternative for the deposit despite the vehicle rental having been paid in advance. Therefore, I lost the reservation amount and could not dispose of the car. A disaster for our trip and the commercials were unfazed. I will not trust this car rental company again.

Tenia una reserva de un vehiculo hecha a traves de Booking para las 9:00 y cuando llego me dicen que el vehiculo tardara unos 40 minutos porque acaba de salir de Ponferrada (falso porque de Ponferrada a Leon se tarda 1 hora y 10 minutos). Por otra parte, me solicitan una tarjeta de credito fisica para entregarme el vehiculo. Les digo que no tengo tarjeta fisica, que la tengo digital y me dicen que entonces no me lo pueden entregar (politica de empresa). Les expongo que tengo 2 tarjetas de debito fisicas o que puedo entregar la fianza en efectivo y me dicen que no. No aceptan ninguna alternativa para la fianza a pesar de estar pagado por adelantado el alquiler del vehiculo. Por lo tanto, perdi el importe de la reserva y no pude disponer el coche. Un desastre para nuestro viaje y los comerciales sin inmutarse. No volvere a confiar en esta empresa de alquiler de coches.
