Excelente trato del personal de Avis en Leon. Reserve un coche en la estacion sin antelacion, tras la cancelacion de un vuelo y fueron muy atentos para conseguir 2 sillas para los ninos, montarlas y acercarnos el coche a la garita. Se nota mucho que bien se cuidan las relaciones humanas en Leon, comparandolo con las grandes ciudades.
Excellent treatment from the Avis staff in Leon. I reserved a car at the station without advance notice, after a flight was cancelled, and they were very attentive in getting 2 seats for the children, setting them up and bringing the car to the checkpoint. It is very noticeable how well human relations are taken care of in Leon, compared to big cities.
El dia 14 de octubre alquile un coche con ellos .pero la sorpresa fue que me hicieron y cobraron con mi tarjeta otra reserva a nombre de otra persona haciendome a mi el cargo en mi cuenta.Tras largas discusiones y correos tuve que denunciar en mi banco un uso fraudulento de mi tarjeta que Avis hizo.A dia de hoy 21 de octubre no me han devuelto el dinero.Nunca mas hare reserva de coche con esta nefasta compania
On October 14, I rented a car with them. But the surprise was that they made and charged my card for another reservation in the name of another person, charging me to my account. After long discussions and emails, I had to report it to my bank. a fraudulent use of my card that Avis made. As of today, October 21, they have not refunded my money. I will never make a car reservation with this disastrous company again.
Recapitulo: -> Mi resena: Me han estafado. 1) Me obligaron a coger el vehiculo con Seguro a todo riesgo (consultando despues con la central de AVIS me dijeron que yo podia escoger el seguro que necesitara); 2) Me cargaron SIN decirmelo un coste por recogida fuera de horas; 3) Me mostraron el contrato que tenia que firmar en un iPad, donde solo se centraron en 2 areas que tenia que mirar (luego lo recibiria por correo, que nunca recibi). Y lo peor de todo, cuando llame al servicio de atencion al cliente, me dijeron que no me podian ayudar. -> Su respuesta: Sentimos escuchar que tu experiencia no fue la mejor, gusto te apoyamos, ?nos puedes compartir via DM a nuestras redes sociales nombre completo, correo, telefono, un breve resumen de lo ocurrido y numero de contrato para poder dar seguimiento? Quedamos al pendiente de tu mensaje. JM -> Les doy la informacion por el canal que me dicen, y -> Me responden: Cuando uno firma, aunque no este de acuerdo, y LE chantajeen con malas practicas, la firma es lo que manda. Que muchas gracias y hasta otra. INACEPTABLE. Me siento estafado.

Levo 3 anos alquilando con Avis en Leon. Hoy por primera vez tuve un problema, se me quedo el movil dentro del coche ( billetes electronicos de tren y avion) y puse las llaves en el buzon. Consegui que avisaran al agente que se adelanto a su entrada y me abrio el coche; ademas me dio la idea de devolverlo en Madrid. Alli les expuse el caso y sin tambien sin problemas. Personal de 10 en Leon y en la T4. Muchas gracias.
I have been renting with Avis in Leon for 3 years. Today for the first time I had a problem, I left my cell phone inside the car (electronic train and plane tickets) and I put the keys in the mailbox. I managed to get them to notify the agent who came to their entrance and opened the car for me; It also gave me the idea of returning it to Madrid. Desproposito de personal y compania. Tuvimos que recoger un coche con ellos por un servicio de sustitucion de un seguro. La personal que nos atendio, con pasotismo y malas formas por cierto, no solo no soluciono un supuesto problema de cuantias de cobertura, si no que se dedico a prolongarlo y no nos ayudo EN NADA. La compania de seguros llamando a la oficina para solucionar lo que quiera que fuera, y ella descolgando el telefono sin atender la llamada, a otros clientes si que hay que facturar... una actitud deleznable. Es absolutamente lamentable encontrarse trabajadores asi hoy en dia. Luego lees las respuestas a las criticas y hablan de estandares de calidad... vergonzoso. En resumen, si puedes, ve a otra compania porque aqui vas a tener problemas. Nosotros despues de mas de dos horas tuvimos que tramitar todo con otra compania, con el perjuicio y perdida de tiempo correspondientes.

Lamentable atencion por parte de la Srta Dulce. Incluso habiendo reservado con antelacion un vehiculo con mi compania de seguros. Todo problemas y mala gana. Hace un flaco favor a la compania Avis. Siento la resena pero ha sido de pena la atencion y el servicio.

People made the places and in this case, the employees there were outstanding. The man there went the extra mile and helped in every way with a warm smile at all times. Very accommodating, flexible, kind and professional. It's very near the train station and about 20 minutes walk from city centre. I can't praise it enough and the deal was good too (considering its high season). Highly recommended. I'm very pleased.
