Necesitabamos alquilar una furgoneta grande, pero que tuviera bola de remolque. Tras mucho buscar, sin encontrar ninguna con bola, localizamos una Renault Trafic de 9 plazas, y ademas en Leioa Rent a Car, muy cerca de Getxo donde vivo. La furgoneta se adaptaba totalmente a nuestras necesidades y estaba en perfecto estado y muy nueva. El trato de los profesionales que nos atendieron fue perfecto, todo facilidades. La proxima vez que la necesitemos, que es en breve, volveremos donde ellos sin ninguna duda. Recomendable al 100%.
We needed to rent a large van, but one that had a tow ball. After a lot of searching, without finding any with a ball, we found a 9-seater Renault Trafic, and also at Leioa Rent a Car, very close to Getxo where I live. The van totally adapted to our needs and was in perfect condition and very new. The treatment of the professionals who assisted us was perfect, everything was easy. The next time we need it, which is soon, we will return to them without a doubt. 100% recommended.
their web site and location names is confusing, but overall I had a good experience. Car was good and I payed 48 eur and 300 of deposit, they refunded me in 2 days. It is much better than bigger car rental services I tried to book from.
Si quieren arrendar un coche, que sea aqui. Gente transparente, amable y profesional. Arrende un coche un dia anterior, hice el pago on line y solo tuve que ir a retirarlo al dia siguiente. No me hicieron ningun cobro extra a diferencia de las grandes empresas que te cobran hasta por senalizar. Recomendado al 100%!
If you want to rent a car, let it be here. Transparent, friendly and professional people. I rented a car the day before, made the payment online and only had to go pick it up the next day. They did not charge me any extra charges, unlike large companies that even charge you for signage. 100% recommended!
This was by far the best experience we've ever had with a rental car. For starters, the service here was incredible. It was our first time renting an EV, but we had no issues thanks to the guidance of Adrian, who also spoke very good English. They respond quickly to communication over Whatsapp. The prices are very reasonable and we had no issues with the car during our longer rental. Highly recommend!
Todo bien. Alquilamos un coche y por motivos varios llamamos para cambiarlo por otro a mitad del alquiler y no nos pusieron pegas. Buen precio y siempre disponible al telefono.
All good. We rented a car and for various reasons we called to change it for another one halfway through the rental and they didn't have any problems. Good price and always available on the phone.
Friendly service, spoke good English, we rented a small Zoe e-car for one day, paid EUR63 incl. insurance, dropped the car off outside the office at night and returned key as agreed, battery was 27% (after ca 260km), there were no extra charges for recharging battery. Good experience, thank you!
