He llevado el coche a la revision que le tocaba. Al dia siguiente me salta el aviso de revision por lo que les llamo. Me dice que tengo que volver a llevar el coche pq hay que conectarlo a la maquina. Reitero que vivo a 40 km por si se puede reiniciar manualmente y me contesta que el tambien vive lejos, muy simpatico. Me hace ir otro dia y para mi sorpresa un mecanico lo resetea manualmente. Pq nos hacen perder el tiempo cuando ha sido un fallo suyo?, con lo facil que es decir la secuencia de botones que hay que dar. Y cuidado en la revision con decir que hay un ruido, te cobran a precio de oro, sobre 60 EUR la hora para dar un diagnostico de cambia piezas y no de mecanicos son mas explicaciones, y no estar el tiempo que indica puesto que llegue antes y el coche ya lo habian terminado.

Buena compra, he comprado una TRAFIC COMBI de 9 plazas de ocasion y estaba realmente nueva. Ha merecido la pena despues de dar muchas vueltas, al ser concesionario oficial me han dado historial completo y me aseguro los kms, cosa que hoy en dia la mayoria de los compraventas no dan esa confianza. Recomendables.

Oplichters!!! Wij kwamen hier met onze auto die problemen had. Ze konden het probleem niet vinden en hebben daarom alleen iets bijgesteld aan de carborateur. We moesten 150 euro betalen en het probleem bleek nog precies hetzelfde. We belden hen om dit te vertellen, maar zij gaven aan dat ze er pas 2 weken later weer naar wilden kijken... Bovendien kwamen we er later achter dat er in onze diesel auto niet eens een carborateur zit! Er was totaal geen interesse in het daadwerkelijk repareren van de auto.

Me intentaron enganar. Llevo tiempo llevando alli mi C4 Gran picasso. De hecho, alli le puse el GLP y tuve un trato y una profesionalidad excelentes con los que se dedican al GLP. Sin embargo, la ultima vez que he llevado el coche, he tenido un serio problema. Despues de no pasar ITV por emisiones de CO2 incorrectas, me dijeron desde la ITV que probablemente seria el catalizador. Lo lleve al taller de Leioa Berri Motor, como otras veces, explicando lo sucedido en la ITV y la probable causa del problema. Despues de 10 dias dandome largas de problemas ke iban encontrando, como fallo de algun inyector y el sistema electrico.... me seguian diciendo que les daba fallo el CO2. Total ke, al onceavo dia me llaman, para decirme ke es el catalizador. Ke hay que cambiarlo. Ke ellos me facilitan uno de marca blanca, por que el original de la casa Citroen es mucho mucho mas caro, ke siempre miran la opcion mejor y mas economica para el cliente y tal y tal. El precio de su catalizador de marca blanca es de 1.200 euros y que ya llevo una factura de 1.600 euros. Llamo a la Citroen y me informo del precio del catalizador original y resulta que es de la mitad de precio 675 euros. Llamo a otro tallar, el taller Bonaparte de Bolueta, para pedir una segunda opinion, y me confirman el precio original y ademas que se pueden poner recuperados con garantia y mejor precio incluso. Llamo de nuevo a Leioa Berri para contarles esto... y me dice el del taller, que le parece tambien muy raro y ke lo va a consultar y que no sabe ke decirme y tal y tal. Total, que , despues de varias llamadas mas y resumiendo, les digo que me cierren el coche y que me lo llevo a otro taller poniendoles una reclamacion , claro. Total, que cuando voy a recoger mi coche, me dice que espere que viene alguien a recoger la queja.... y viene un fulano, que por no decir, ni se presenta, ni me saluda y lo seguimos a duras penas hasta un despacho, donde con casi sorna, muy mal encarado y poca profesionalidad, me ofrece ponerme un catalizador recuperado y hacerme un descuento del 20 por ciento, haciendome un favor y segun el, perdiendo ellos dinero, con un tono casi despectivo. Sin tener en cuenta, ke yo soy el cliente, ke me han intentado meter una pieza de vaya usted a saber, al doble de precio que la original, mintiendome descaradamente. Les digo ke no claro. Si me hubieran hecho esa misma propuesta de mejores maneras, quien sabe....Total, ke me hacen pagar una factura de 575 eurazos, por un trabajo ke nadie les pidio hacer, sin arreglar el problema y teniendo que llevar el coche a otro taller para cambiar el catalizador al menos, con un minimo de confianza. Trato al cliente negativo, nefasto, nulo. Malas formas y pocos modales cuando tienes un problema, un problema que han generado ellos mismos. Para cobrar y demas sin problema, eso si... un diez Tengo facturas y conversaciones telefonicas con el taller a disposicion del que quiera conocer mas a fondo el caso. Espero no le pase a nadie mas. A mi, estuvieron a punto de robarme con la dichosa pieza y de hecho me siento estafado y robado con la mano de obra que me cobraron y que estoy reclamando.....

In short, when I go to pick up my car, he tells me to wait for someone to come to pick up the complaint... and a guy comes, who, to say the least, doesn't introduce himself or greet me and we barely follow him to a office, where with almost sarcasm, very bad face and unprofessionalism, he offers me to put in a recovered catalytic converter and give me a 20 percent discount, doing me a favor and according to him, losing them money, with an almost contemptuous tone. Without taking into account that I am the client, that they have tried to get me a piece of who knows, at double the price of the original, blatantly lying to me. I tell you, no, of course. If they had made me that same proposal in better ways, who knows....Total, they made me pay a bill of 575 euros, for a job that no one asked them to do, without fixing the problem and having to take the car to another workshop to change the catalyst at least, with a minimum of confidence. Negative, disastrous, zero customer treatment. Bad manners and poor manners when you have a problem, a problem that they have generated themselves. El peor taller al que he llevado el coche!!!! Estoy indignada!!! Lo hemos llevado 5 veces a ese taller, nos hemos dejado unos 2.500EUR en arreglar el coche y a dia de hoy el coche no esta arreglado. Es mas, lo hemos tenido que llevar a otro taller de la compania (que si nos lo ha arreglado). No saben arreglar el coche y nos han enganado!!!
