Le pongo un , porque no es posible poner un cero. Cero precisamente es el compromiso que tienen con el cliente. Cero es la responsabilidad de la persona encargada de las reservas. Cero es la confianza que genera esta empresa y cero es la recomendacion que hare siempre. Mucho ojo si realizas una reserva, nada te garantiza tener furgoneta disponible el dia que la necesitas. Me explico. Anoche realice reserva en su web tras hablar de medidas en su chat con un agente. Reserva confirmada en su web para el dia 28. Todo apalabrado con las personas que debo movilizar el dia 28 con la reserva de la furgoneta. Trabajos, portes etc... A las 18:30 del dia de hoy (27) me encuentro un email de su empresa enviado a las 14:15, indicando que no tienen stock y que no me pueden proporcionar la furgoneta reservada. ?Por que me deja reservar? Si de verdad no hay ningun tipo de stock, ni siquiera de otro tipo de furgonetas, ?Por que no contactan conmigo por telefono y me explican lo sucedido? De esta manera, yo tendria mas tiempo para un plan B. Ahora, son casi las 19:00, llamo a su empresa y nadie responde y en el chat me indican que ellos no pueden hacer nada. Todo ok. Luego nos quejamos de lo informales o de las formas que tienen algunos clientes, pero las empresas tienen trabajadores con responsabilidad hacia el cliente nula. Gracias por nada.

Hola , nosotros solemos alquilar vehiculos en Velinrent. Funcionan de maravilla, la atencion es muy personalizada y amable. Hemos alquilado durante 2022, 2023 y 2024. Siempre gestionan el tipo de vehiculo que necesitamos, ya sea pequeno, grande, manual o automatico, con multiples opciones para elegir. Es un trato muy personal diferenciandose mucho del trato despersonalizado de los tipicos alquiladores. Tenemos plena confianza en ellos, no como lo que ocurre con los tipicos alquiladores, que suelen dar problemas (vehiculos sucios, coches sin reparar, cargos extra imprevistos, servicios que te intentan colocar, etc.). Estos problemas nunca ocurren con Velinrent. La confianza es plena. Saludos.

Unos de los mejores sitios de alquiler coche en Madrid. Me surgio un problema con mi coche y necesitaba uno para viaje, en el mismo dia me dejar un coche. Le pedi que sea mas grande para ir con ninos y me dejar un SUB. Precio inmejorable y tienen tambien seguro de todo riesgo. Todo salio fenomenal y de muy buen precio. Lo recomiendo 100%.
