Vergonzoso y muy muy sinverguenzas Alquilamos una furgoneta supuestamente sin deposito de fianza (segun lo que se indicaba en la reserva), llegamos a la oficina de recogida en Leganes y nos piden 500EUR de fianza para poder retirar la furgoneta. Indicamos que en ningun momento durante la reserva se indica que haya que dejar fianza. Nos dicen que sin fianza no se retira la furgoneta pero que podemos poner un correo y nos devuelven el dinero ya pagado (53,95EUR) Ponemos el correo y tras meses de espera nos devuelven 3,95EUR porque el resto del dinero supuestamente no nos corresponde!!! Tienen la desfachatez de cobrar 50EUR cuando la furgoneta ni salio de sus instalaciones. Pondremos la pertinente reclamacion en la OCU

El trato por parte de Ainhoa es maravilloso!! Es super atenta amable y esta siempre dispuesta a ayudarte. En general en esta oficina la atencion es de 10!! No he tenido problemas ni para alquilar ni para devolver sois la mejor oficina con diferencia!!

Servicio de lo peor, estafadores enganadores! No han devuelto la fianza me lan cobrado, y sobre ello han aplicado cargos adicionales de 508,54EUR porque se entrego la furgoneta 4 dias antes, y el personal de la ofina de leganes de lo peor cuando no le informan nada al cliente, no son claros ocultan informacion, y el dia cuando se realizo entrega la persona que hizo la recepcion del vehiculo no hay problema todo bien si no lo estabas usando mejor que lo has traido asi esta mas seguro aqui que en la calle y ahora mismo se liberara tu fianza retenida, me lo habia habia dicho el mismo empleado que sin blema se recibia y se liberaba el dinero y todo ok que no me preocupara. intencionalidada para resolver el caso cero desde la oficinas de Leganes.Tener mucho cuidado, ocultan para luego hacer cobros indebidos. No recomiendo hacer uso de esta empresa bajo ningun concepto. ojo (NO ALQUILAR NINGUN VEHICULO En EUROCAR SON UNOS ESTAFADORES ME HAN ESTAFADO CON 808,54EUR.

Anmietung war in Ordnung. Aber! Es werden im Nachhinein ohne Rechnung Betrage von der Kreditkarte abgebucht (auch ein halbes Jahr spater noch!!!). Klarungsversuche sind alle erfolglos. Europcar interessiert sich kein bisschen dafur ob die Forderung gerechtfertigt ist oder nicht. Eine riesen Unverschamtheit und Betrug zugleich. Nie wieder Europcar und da man als Tourist auch nicht vorbeikommen kann, keine Chance auch nur ansatzweise was klaren zu konnen.
Rental was fine. But! Amounts are subsequently debited from the credit card without an invoice (even six months later!!!). All attempts at clarification are unsuccessful. Europcar doesn't care one bit whether the demand is justified or not. A huge impudence and fraud at the same time. Never again Europcar and since you can't come by as a tourist, there's no chance of being able to clarify anything.
Todo bien excepto la devolucion de la fianza ya que no se el motivo por el que tienen que tener tu dinero cinco o seis dias mas a partir de que devuelves el vehiculo

Very friendly center but the tank which was supposed to be full was already after 10 km drive not at all full.
Very good service. Professional, fast and modern. Car was clean and warm. Thumbs up!!!
