experiencia muy mala por parte de la chica de hoy. primero tengo una reserva hoy a las 17:00 lo cual llamando por telefono para avisar que llego tarde y tras 5 intentos desisto en llamar. y la respuesta por parte de la chica no fue la correcta ya que me dice que estaba ocupada con mucho lio. segundo le pregunto las dimensiones de la furgoneta y por las caracteristicas no me sirve. y que si puede solucionar y buscar en otra oficina y me dice que hasta dentro de una semana no hay nada en ninguna oficina de madrid. he llegado 18:45 y creo que es pornos hora que no me ha querido solucionar el tema. me voy sin furgoneta y sin solucion. creo que deberian cambiar de perdona y poner alguien con mas empatia. normalmente suelo estar contento esta oficina

Servicio con muy pocos coches y con horario reducido. NO hay buzon para llaves y cierran a las 19h He solicitado un coche AUTOMATICO y MERCEDES CLASE C o similar y me llevo uno MANUAL y KIA He tardado 30 minutos en coger el coche No recomiendo este servicio para nada.

Mala experiencia, Alquile una furgoneta un mes antes para realizar una mudanza, el dia de antes llamo para confirmar y no hay problema. el dia que tengo la reserva cuando voy a las 9:00 a por la furgoneta me dicen que no tienen, pasa el tiempo y no me dan ninguna solucion, la unica que ofrecen es una furgoneta electrica mas pequena y con 100km de autonomia y buscandola en otro sitio. te quedas tirado y sin poder hacer la mudanza o lo que hayas reservado para ese dia. una estrella por que no me deja poner ninguna.
