We had an appointment at 10 to pick up a vehicle, after spending half an hour waiting for the salesperson, he told us that he wont deliver the car if we dont have a physical credit card, thats the rules, but it seems like a delay to me that every day Today they cannot use contactless, since they can verify the identity of the card in the bank App as they did to me in another office with the rental of a van. I had to take a friends card home to be able to collect the deductible, come on, a delay, and a whole morning wasted because of it.

They really deserve 5 stars, because the van was really new and the attention was truly phenomenal. But I give them 1 star, from 10/26/22 to 11/10/2022 I am calling for the bill and nothing gets tired of calling and they do not answer the calls, the moments they manage to answer you tell them about the bill They tell you they already called you and nothing they call you I think its the small details that make the difference. Really, to rent because of the great application, I recommend it, but the administrative details and calls are pathetic.
