Trato y atencion pesima por parte de Jaime. Menos mal que encontre Avis y pude alquilar el vehiculo con ellos. No se lo recomiendo a nadie, y le pongo una estrella porque no puedo poner menos.

La peor experiencia y la voy a subir a mis redes porque tengo videos y fotos demostrando que el coche electrico que me dieron tenia una autonomia de 324 km segun ellos, fui sin el aire y a 85 km/hora, llegue tarde a mi trabajo. Y el riego que nos dejo tirado en autopista dos veces... llamamos a oficina cerrado, llamamos a enterprise y nos dijeron que teniamos que llamar a la grua que era el procedimiento y despues cuando veo que no me devuelven la Fianza, llamo y la empleada llamada Maria Echevarria me contesta que asi es como es cuando el coche esta en mal estado. Y sin contar que el dia antes de alquilar me llama y me hace mandarle una captura de pantalla porque no tenian el coche electrico y no me creian que lo habia alquilado... falta de etica y profesionalidad ... mas su trato fue desagradable desde que nos entrego el coche. Voy a reclamar ahora a un email que me dio el gerente, sino me devuelven la fianza voy a demandarles y no por el dinero, sino por la falta de respeto y para a que a otro cliente no le hagan esto

Servicio pesimo, ademas de cobrarte desperfectos de la fianza no causados, incluso teniendolo ellos en su app interna pero no lo registran en tu contrato para poder cobrartelo. Recomiendo NO alquilar jamas en este sitio y si no hubiese mas opciones (que las hay y mucho mejores) grabar el vehiculo completo nada mas llegar. En nuestro caso nos dan un vehiculo con un piloto trasero defectuoso y oxidado, aceite del motor sin cambiar y piloto de matricula fundido. En la autovia salio despedido el piloto pudiendo causar una autentica desgracia y la empresa nos responsabiliza cobrandonos el arreglo de la fianza. Por supuesto, hoja de reclamacion, demanda en el ministerio de consumo particular y a traves de la OCU. Una autentica verguenza.

I recommend NOT ever renting on this site and if there are no other options (which there are and much better) record the entire vehicle as soon as you arrive. In our case they give us a vehicle with a defective and rusty taillight, unchanged engine oil and a burned out license plate light. The pilot was ejected on the highway, potentially causing a real misfortune and the company holds us responsible by charging us for the bail settlement. Of course, claim form, demand at the ministry of private consumption and through the OCU. A real shame.
Primera vez que alquilamos con ellos una furgoneta. Por un dia 140EUR y sin franquicia, con 400km. Dejamos 200EUR de fianza. La furgoneta estaba en optimas condiciones, con android auto, manos libres y limpia por dentro y por fuera. La atencion fue muy buena, y aunque reservamos por la web, nos acercamos un dia antes para comprobar que todo estaba ok y que teniamos furgoneta asignada. Tras la devolucion con el mismo nivel de Gasoil, a los 3 dias nos devolvieron la fianza completa de 200EUR. Hicimos una mudanza de forma estupenda. Recomendable 100%.

The van was in optimal condition, with Android Auto, hands-free and clean inside and out. After the return with the same level of Diesel, after 3 days they returned the full deposit of EUR200. We made a great move. 100% recommended.
Very very bad, they refuse to rent me a car after i book it online and pay it for it because i have a different passport of the country im settled in, bad experience ane not helpfull customer service
Primera vez, y excelente atencion. No tengo quejas, todo lo contrario. Buenos coches, los entregan sin combustible es la unica pega. Pero por lo demas muy muy bien, entrega rapida, coches nuevos, muy limpios... Todo ok excepto el tema del combustible...

Una maravilla, la furgoneta que cogimos nos dio el servicio esperado o incluso mejor. Habiamos reservado una furgoneta amplia que con 6 metros cubicos nos habia servido, pero tendriamos que haber dado mas de un viaje. Pero al hacer la contratacion con Eugenio (una maravilla de trato) nos ofrecio una mayor por el mismo precio, la verdad que nos ha cabido todo de una viaje y genial. Ademas las furgonetas consumen muy poquito. Como apunte a mejorar el sistema de repostaje, yo creo que seria mejor recogerla con el deposito lleno y devolverla igual, al no estar en una ralla concreta era un poco intuitivo el tema de la devolucion

But when we made the contract with Eugenio (a wonderful deal) he offered us a bigger one for the same price, the truth is that everything fit us in one trip and it was great. Furthermore, vans consume very little. As an aim to improve the refueling system, I think it would be better to pick it up with a full tank and return it the same, since it is not in a specific line, the issue of return was a bit intuitive.
Very good place to rent your comercisl van for 5 days. Good rates and everything. Especially the one in Leganes is quite big. Good service...
