Estafadores. Si se equivocan en algo y te deben dinero, no lo van a solucionar rapido. El departamento de atencion al cliente no tiene comunicacion con el departamento de facturacion y nadie te va a dar ningun otro canal para solucionarlo, te diran que no pueden hacer mas. Cansada de enviar correos y llamar, 1 mes y medio esperando mas de 400EUR. De verdad, absteneros de tratar con ellos. Porfavor Ayvens, no me contesteis diciendo que escriba a reclamacion.cliente, porque sigo esperando respuesta al correo que envie ayer. Como veis, esa es la urgencia

Nefasta gestion de esta empresa, descoordinacion de departamentos, los comerciales preventa te dicen una cosa y cuando ya tienes el coche resulta que las condiciones no son esas, y te enteras porque preguntas en la entrega o porque cuando esperas a que el procedimiento de devolucion del coche sea como te han dicho,resulta que no, y entonces te caen los costes de cancelacion, que ni tan siquiera te dicen como los calculan. Un desproposito. Mi peor experiencia, llevo teniendo coches de renting mas de 10 anos, nunca he visto nada semejante.

Llevo desde Mayo de 2024 esperando la devolucion de una cuota de un coche ya entregado. Meses abriendo reclamaciones, un departamento de cobros hermeticos, todo el mundo se pasa la pelota sin solucion. Esta resena la pongo para que sirva de aviso o alguien de la compania tome medidas
I have been waiting for a refund of a fee for a car already delivered since May 2024. Months opening claims, an airtight collections department, everyone passes the buck without a solution. I am posting this review to serve as a warning or someone from the company to take action.
PESIMA GESTION! A parte de tener problemas con ellos el renting que contrate con ellos , en enero de este ano hice entrega del coche y mi sorpresa ha sido que no realizaron el cambio de propietario y he recibido ya 3 multas del nuevo conductor (2 de ellas cometidas en junio y otra en julio siendo una de ellas GRAVE) TOTALMENTE DENUNCIABLES!!!!
TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT! Apart from having problems with the renting that I contracted with them, in January of this year I delivered the car and my surprise was that they did not change ownership and I have already received 3 fines from the new driver (2 of them committed in June and another in July, one of them being SERIOUS) TOTALLY REPORTABLE!!!!
No contraten nada aqui... Tengo un percance con el vehiculo, a las 23:30 de un sabado, me atienden por primera vez a las 01:30 h, Llega la grua a las 3:30h de la madrugada, me indica que se lleva el coche a base, y que yo me busque la vida, siendo el hecho en un pueblo pequeno, no habia para dormir ni servicio de taxi, Bien espero al siguiente dia laborable, llevan el coche a taller yo voy de camino a Madrid y me tengo que esperar por la zona asumiendo todos los gastos, ademas de recalcar, que se me indica que no tardan mas de una hora. Solo necesito la autorizacion por parte del renting y me veo sin coche y sin hospedaje...... Y 600km de mi domicilio. Por favor contraten algo premium ya que la situacion es horrible y no me prestan la ayuda correspondiente

This is a scam !!! I booked a car at the price and in the morning I suppose to pickup the send me a e mail to pay additional money to "secure the car " and when I went to pickup I was told is cancelled but I didn't get the refund..
