I rented a car with Avis at this office for work and everything was great. Luis personally assisted me, both for the pick-up and the return, and it was a very good experience. A very committed person, kind and willing to help you. The car is also very good. Clean and good car.

I rented a car in Menorca for which they asked me for my credit card because they require a deposit of 200 euros, after returning the car they refunded the deposit. Up to that point everything is correct, but then my nightmare begins and they start charging me on my credit card, charges that I do not recognize and that after calling customer service (45 minutes waiting time) they tell me that they are from contracts that have been made in the United Kingdom in the name of another, sorry... It's been more than ten days and they still haven't refunded me the charge, even though they have recognized their mistake.... terrible customer service and terrible management that charges your card whatever they want.
