Acquistata auto, sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. Personale qualificato, gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione. Consiglio per disponibilita, affidabilita e serieta. Aggiornamento per dovere di cronaca: dopo pochi giorni la batteria mi ha lasciato a piedi, sostituita gentilmente dalla tcar. Qualche giorno dopo accesa spia motore gpl, vado dal mio meccanico e mi dice che le candele e il filtro del gpl non sono stati sostituiti al tagliando dei 60.000km come previsto dal libretto di manutenzione. Premetto che la macchina mi era stata consegnata con il tagliando dei 60000km completo ( a detta della tcar, peccato che mancava la sostituzione delle candele e del filtro gpl che mi sono costati 200 euro). Rimango comunque soddisfatto del personale e del titolare della tcar, (anche se speravo in un loro venirci incontro per la spesa sostenuta di 200 euro) e un po' meno del meccanico che ha tagliandato ( a sua detta in modo completo) la macchina prima della consegna.
Purchased car, I was very satisfied. Qualified staff, very kind and always available. I recommend for availability, reliability and seriousness. Update for the record: after a few days the battery left me stranded, kindly replaced by the tcar. A few days later, with the LPG engine light on, I go to my mechanic and he tells me that the spark plugs and the LPG filter were not replaced at the 60,000km service as required by the maintenance booklet. Let me start by saying that the car was delivered to me with the complete 60,000km service (according to Tcar, it was a pity that the replacement of the spark plugs and the LPG filter was missing which cost me 200 euros). However, I remain satisfied with the staff and the owner of the tcar (even if I was hoping for them to accommodate us for the expense incurred of 200 euros) and a little less with the mechanic who serviced (according to him completely) the car before the delivery.

Ho avuto a che fare con loro in quanto ho avuto necessita di noleggiare una macchina per qualche giorno. Devo dire che mi sono trovato molto bene, prezzo del noleggio giusto e personale molto disponibile e cordiale. Qualora avessi necessita di noleggiare nuovamente un'auto o qualora dovessi cambiare la mia, tornero sicuramente da loro.
I dealt with them as I needed to rent a car for a few days. I must say that I had a very good time, the rental price was fair and the staff were very helpful and friendly. If I need to rent a car again or if I need to change mine, I will definitely go back to them.
Cercavo una macchina con una certa urgenza e esigenza e, in un me che non si dica, sono andato da Tcar senza fare giri di ricerca. Che dire, semplicemente impeccabili sotto ogni punto di vista. Sia umano che professionale per non parlare della qualita delle macchine a disposizione. Ho acquistato una Ford Fiesta, innamorato appena vista nel parco auto, ed e PERFETTA su ogni punto di vista! I was looking for a car with a certain urgency and need and, in an unspeakable way, I went to Tcar without doing any research. What can I say, simply impeccable from every point of view. Both human and professional, not to mention the quality of the machines available. I bought a Ford Fiesta, in love with it as soon as I saw it in the car park, and it is PERFECT in every way! Non capisco molto di auto e della convenienza di acquistarne una piuttosto che un'altra in base alle esigenze di utilizzo. Ci ho messo 16 anni a cambiarla! Per me l'auto e un mezzo di trasporto, non ho mai seguito l'estetica. Ho comprato la mia FIAT500 in una settimana, ho trovato in Luca un ottimo consigliere, che ha saputo capire le mie esigenze, indirizzarmi di conseguenza ed e riuscito a farmi provare l'entusiasmo che mai avevo sentito per l'acquisto di una macchina! Penso che questo sia sinonimo di professionalita ed empatia. La macchina ovviamente e bellissima e non sembrerebbe usata per lo stato in cui l'ho acquistata. Ho trovato disponibilita e cortesia anche a giorni di distanza dall'acquisto, quando non sapendo a chi rivolgermi per varie ed eventuali pratiche sono stata indirizzata con la stessa professionalita. I don't understand much about cars and the convenience of buying one rather than another based on usage needs. It took me 16 years to change it! For me the car is a means of transport, I have never followed aesthetics. I bought my FIAT500 in a week, I found an excellent advisor in Luca, who was able to understand my needs, direct me accordingly and managed to make me feel the enthusiasm I had never felt for purchasing a car! I think this is synonymous with professionalism and empathy. The car is obviously beautiful and would not appear used given the condition in which I purchased it. I found availability and courtesy even days after the purchase, when not knowing who to contact for various and possible procedures I was addressed with the same professionalism.
