Noleggiare in Latina

Sconsiglio. Quando abbiamo riportato la macchina, ci hanno fatto pagare per un piccolo graffio sulla borchia, sulla borchia! Io avevo fatto il filmino alla macchina ma mai avrei pensato di farlo alla ruota. Lo ritengo molto abusivo come procedura, mai avuto una esperienza cosi e mai piu noleggero qui.

We arrived in Rome very late, to rent a car through booking, in advance we paid about 150EUR for 8 days, but nowhere was it written that it is necessary to have a credit card, so no one at the airport agreed to provide us with a car for rent, several companies offered a price of EUR800-900. We took a taxi to our hotel in Latina for EUR150, after which on the second day we started looking for a local car rental company. All the companies refused us because we did not have a credit card, after which this company said no problems, come, so when we arrived, we were met by a man who, surprisingly, spoke Polish, I think this is very cool, because Ukrainians and Poles can easily communicate with him get along The price for 5 days was about EUR330, the car was completely new and comfortable. This man was extremely pleasant, gave advice on getting around the region, recommended places to visit, did everything quickly. When we returned the car, he helped us call a taxi, put us in a room with air conditioning, where we waited for a taxi for 15 minutes. The service is excellent, thank you very much, we recommend it to everyone, only the best memories.

Ho noleggiato un furgone di piccola taglia per trasloco in centro storico. Veicolo pulitissimo, in ottime condizioni. Il personale poi e eccellente, professionale e gentile. Lo consiglio davvero. Ottima la propensione al problem solving. Non comune. Servizio eccellente ad un prezzo speciale.

Ho noleggiato per mezza giornata un furgone presso la Tcar di Latina! Prezzi veramente vantaggiosi e personale che mi accolto (Luca e Gianluca) con professionalita, rispondendo a tutte le mie esigenze. Gestione del noleggio comodo e veloce e mezzo consegnato in perfetto stato. Consigliato.

Great professionalism and courtesy. I have been let down from the car company Hertz at 6.30 pm Latina. I have phoned Europecar, one of the few agencies opened until 7pm. They completely sorted me out working overtime to draft my application, allowing me to get a car for the same day, which I needed very urgently at that point. Remarkable is the courtesy of the staff, especially the employee Danilo, who attended me with high professionalism. Recommended!

I would not give any stars, if that was an option. Despite booking on line, paying in advance, having a booking number, checking in on line in advance ( save time when it comes to collecting the car, they said), having my driver's licence verified and approved by head office, trying to collect this car was just beyond belief. There were two staff present. The senior one was not remotely interested - could not care less. The junior one was beyond blitheringly and witheringly incompetent. He had NO idea at all what he was doing. To cut a long story short, after an hour and twenty minutes of me standing - on a very hot day - in front of the counter while this young man sat and frowned in front of the computer screen trying to understand what to do, I finally lost my temper. From there, it only took another 10 minutes to get the keys - so an hour and a half all up. Even then, it was not the automatic I had booked and paid for but I was beyond arguing. There is no way I would EVER use this company again and nor would I ever recommend to anyone that they use them. Nor was dropping it off again without issues, but at least it was faster.
