Vi sconsiglio vivamente di prenotare un furgone hertz, tante clausole, poca chiarezza, poca professionalita ed empatia da parte dei loro operatori. Ho avuto un problema con una prenotazione online e l'operatrice li presente non voleva aiutarmi a risolverlo mi diceva di chiamare il numero dell'assistenza (ufficio vuoto). Alla fine ho dovuto cancellare e riprenotare il furgone pagando due prenotazioni ma usufruendo solo di una. Sconsigliatissimo

I had a problem with an online booking and the operator there didn't want to help me resolve it and told me to call the support number (empty office). Piu volte ho noleggiato autovetture in questa agenzia, senza problemi. Giovedi 28 febbraio ritiro un veicolo, esco dal loro cancello e dopo 20 metri leggo nel quadro strumenti: regolare pressione gomma posteriore. Piu volte Provo a contattare l'agenzia per il da farsi, non risponde nessuno... al primo benzianio utile mi fermo e faccio controllare la pressione, sparisce l'anomalia... per farla breve alla riconsegna del veicolo comunico che ho avuto problemi con la gomma e che tempestivamente avevo provato a contattare la loro sede... la signora infastidita mi dice che sarei dovuto tornare subito indietro, insinuando che la responsabilita fosse mia! Non c'e stato modo di farle capire la mia buona fede... sono stato accusato di qualcosa che non avevo commesso. Inoltre le faccio vedere la foto che avevo scattato non appena mi sono accorto della anomalia, la signora mi dice che avevo percorso 12km...avrei percorso 12 km in 3 minuti? (Quasi in centro citta)Gia perche nelle info della foto e indicato l'orario in cui e stata scattata e da quando ho preso la macchina a quando ho rilevato l'anomalia erano trascorsi solo 3 minuti, cio significa che anche i chilometri non erano stati presi correttamente! Morale della favola: mi ha "sequestrato" per piu di un ora per far controllare l'auto, prima di chiudere il contratto, peccato che la signora dichiarava che quando e rientrata la vettura nessuno aveva effettuato un controllo prima di consegnarla a me... sono stato trattato come un ladro, nonostante sia stato io a presentare l'anomalia, quindi non avevo nulla da nascondere perche se non l'avessi comunicato il problema si sarebbe ripresentato al prossimo noleggiatore! Dopo una pesante discussione con la signora (durante la quale non nego mi sia dovuto comportare da cafone per far sentire le mie ragioni), la signora che mi conosce bene perche ho noleggiato tantissime volte in questa agenzia, ha concluso con un:"meglio se non vieni piu a noleggiare!" Complimenti... cosi si trattano i clienti . MAI PIU....dimenticavo: avevo noleggiato una macchina diesel e me ne e stata consegnata una a benzina...ma non ho fatto polemiche comprendendo che i disguidi possono accadere!!!!

I try to contact the agency several times to find out what to do, no one answers... at the first available petrol I stop and have the pressure checked, the anomaly disappears... to make a long story short, upon returning the vehicle I inform them that I had problems with the tire and that I had promptly tried to contact their office... the annoyed lady tells me that I should have gone back immediately, insinuating that the responsibility was mine! There was no way to make her understand my good faith... I was accused of something I didn't do. I also show her the photo I took as soon as I noticed the anomaly, the lady tells me that I had traveled 12km... would I have traveled 12km in 3 minutes? (Almost in the city center) Yes, because the information on the photo indicates the time in which it was taken and only 3 minutes had passed from when I got the car to when I detected the anomaly, which means that even the kilometers were not were taken correctly! Moral of the story: he "kidnapped" me for more than an hour to have the car checked before closing the contract, shame that the lady declared that when she returned the car no one had carried out a check before handing it over to me.. . I was treated like a thief, even though I was the one who presented the anomaly, so I had nothing to hide because if I hadn't communicated it the problem would have occurred again at the next renter! After a heavy discussion with the lady (during which I don't deny I had to behave like a rude person to make my points heard), the lady who knows me well because I have rented many times in this agency, concluded with: "better if Don't come to rent anymore!" Congratulations... this is how you treat customers. NEVER AGAIN....I forgot: I had rented a diesel car and a petrol one was delivered to me...but I didn't cause any controversy, understanding that mix-ups can happen!!!!

Unfortunately I had to put one star, but if I could, I would not put any. I have been ripped off and still fighting with the claim department to have my money back. Booked a car online, showed up on the day and the woman behind the counter, who call herself the manager, just didn't give me the car, proposing of drafting a new contract (still have to pay for my online booking) that was far more expensive. She claimed that I should have come to the office within an hour from my booking time, whereas on the terms and condition is says that the client has to show up in the day. Also I had phoned her several times the day before to ask question and to confirm that my booking was received and confirmed the time I was going to arrive. A part fot the query itself, the woman at the counter should not be allowed to work with the public as her lack of empathy and people skills are appalling. To avoid, there are many other car rental companies in Latina.

Evitate questo posto... il personale non sarebbe all'altezza di gestire neanche un pollaio, trascurando l'empatia/simpatia del front end(poca), nel riconsegnare l'auto ho dimenticato circa 150 euro di ricevute in un vano portaoggetti, ho chiamato 2 ore dopo aver riconsegnato l'auto e l'auto che a detta dell' operatore era ancora dove l'avevo lasciata io ho chiesto loro di mettermi da parte questi scontrini perche avrei mandato qualcuno al piu presto per recuperarli. La persona che ho mandato io per un imprevisto non e andata il giorno stesso ma il giorno dopo, ma l'auto a quel punto era stata gia mandata via senza togliere gli scontrini! 150EUR buttati al vento, e la risposta data alla persona che ho mandato e stata: " io lo avevo detto al telefono al suo amico che doveva venire subito" (sarebbe bastato toglierli dall'auto prima di mandare la macchina al lavaggio). In tutto cio quando ho preso in noleggio l'auto, sono stato chiamato per controllare se il precedente utilizzatore avesse lasciato la sua patente, che in effetti era li ma io ero fuori regione e non glie l'ho riportata subito. I dipendenti (che suggerisco vivamente al loro padrone di sostituire) avevano dimenticato di questa cosa e se il tipo oggi ha la sua patente, non lo deve di certo alla signorina che neanche ricordava della patente di un loro cliente a distanza di 15 gg. Assurdo... come si puo dimenticare di recuperare la patente di un tuo cliente ed affidarsi al buon cuore di uno che neanche conosci? Avrei potuto gettare la patente dal finestrino e non impegnarmi e fare anche qualche km apposta per andarla a riconsegnare. Ma soprattutto.... quando ti riconsegnano la macchina non fa parte del tuo lavoro controllare che il Cliente non abbia lasciato nulla in auto? Parliamo della consegna all'inizio del noleggio... Considerando che arrivavo da 80 km di distanza da Latina ho chiamato il giorno precedente e mi sono accordato per un ritiro alle ore 9 di una 500L nera(quella che la mia azienda aveva prenotato) in modo che se fossi ripartito alle 9.30 da latina non avrei dovuto buttare l'intera mattinata di lavoro, quando sono arrivato li avevano dato la vettura a me riservata ad un'altro cliente. La ragazza mi chiese scusa e motivo la cosa dicendomi che il cliente era un cliente abituale e che voleva a tutti i costi la 500 L ( e l'unica che avevano era quella a me riservata). Secondo la logica della signorina il desiderio del loro cliente abituale avrebbe avuto priorita rispetto agli impegni DA LORO PRESI NEI MIEI CONFRONTI IL GIORNO PRECEDENTE e AGLI IMPEGNI LAVORATIVI CHE IO HO PRESO PER LA MATTINATA SAPENDO CHE ALLE 9.30 AVREI AVUTO A DISPOSIZIONE LA VETTURA come pattuito per tempo telefonicamente . Ho ritirato la vettura a mezzogiorno e chiaramente gli impegni che avevo in mattinata sono saltati tutti. Cara proprieta della Hertz di Latina c'e gente che amerebbe lavorare li e che probabilmente le farebbe fare una figura migliore, consideri un cambio di personale, io glie lo consiglio vivamente. luca c. EUR150 thrown away, and the answer given to the person I sent was: "I told his friend on the phone that he had to come straight away" (it would have been enough to remove them from the car before sending the car to the wash). In all of this, when I rented the car, I was called to check if the previous user had left his license, which in fact was there but I was out of the region and I didn't bring it back to him immediately. The employees (whom I strongly suggest their boss replace) had forgotten about this thing and if the guy has his license today, he certainly doesn't owe it to the young lady who didn't even remember one of their customer's licenses after 15 days. Absurd... how can you forget to recover your client's license and rely on the good heart of someone you don't even know? I could have thrown the license out the window and not made any effort and even driven a few kilometers on purpose to go and return it. But above all.... when they return the car to you, isn't it part of your job to check that the Customer hasn't left anything in the car? Let's talk about delivery at the start of the rental... Considering that I was coming from 80 km away from Latina, I called the previous day and arranged for a black 500L (the one my company had booked) to be collected at 9am in so that if I had left at 9.30 from Latina I wouldn't have had to waste the entire morning's work, when I got there they had given the car reserved for me to another customer. The girl apologized to me and explained the matter by telling me that the customer was a regular customer and that he wanted the 500 L at all costs (and the only one they had was the one reserved for me). According to the young lady's logic, the desire of their regular customer would have had priority over the commitments THEY MADE TO ME THE PREVIOUS DAY and THE WORK COMMITMENTS THAT I MADE FOR THE MORNING KNOWING THAT AT 9.30 I WOULD HAVE THE CAR AVAILABLE as agreed for time by telephone. I collected the car at midday and clearly all the commitments I had in the morning were cancelled. Dear ownership of Hertz in Latina, there are people who would love to work there and who would probably make you look better, consider a change of personnel, I highly recommend it. luca c.
