Customerservice is 6/5. Got my brakes bleeded before the race, thank you guys! Mechanic who spoke good english (i don't remember name) was super friendly, very happy that i brough my bike here instead of other shop.

Disappointing Experience with Poor Customer Service I reserved a bike online on 5/12/24 for 10am the next day, but when I arrived, the store was not open. I waited 30 minutes until an employee finally arrived, only to be told they did not receive my order and the bike was not available. The day before, I had emailed the business a copy of my reservation and called, but received no response. I took a 30-minute bus ride to get there, only to be left stranded without the bike I had reserved. After leaving a Google review, the business responded quickly with a message claiming they couldn't find any order or email from me and requesting a confirmation number. They also mentioned a procedure where they notify the customer about the pick-up time, which did not happen in my case. Overall, this experience was extremely frustrating and a waste of my time. For better service, I recommend Basque Epic and Basque Country, which are much more reliable.

Absolutely recommend the workshop here, Eugenio did a fantastic job on my bike at very short notice whilst I was on tour. Everyone I spoke to in the shop was super friendly and helpful.

This place has the best bikes possible, very friendly and accommodating service, and at reasonable prices! I got a dual suspension e-bike with high end components that performed flawlessly. They have Specialized, Orbea and Focus bikes, available in dual sus, hardtail and more, no extra power or e-powered. Osman at the counter bent over backwards to help me get and return the bike on a public holiday. Muchas gracias! Augur!

(11/08/2022) We wanted to rent some electric bikes in Donostia and ended up by IBKBike. When we came around 12:00 there was only one normal electric bike available and we needed 5 (we didn't make any reservation!) The friendly store employees were very helpful and told us that 4 other electric bikes just arrived in the warehouse but needed to be assembled and they probably needed 2 hours to do this. We accepted their offer and when we came back after our lunch break at 14:00 the bikes were ready to go. What a service guys!! Thank you very much. We really enjoyed our biking tour through the city on these comfortable bikes. Keep up the good work!!

Rented a road bike which was in excellent condition. Staff were very helpful and advised me on a nice route through the countryside. Perfect if you are visiting San Sebastian and want to do some cycling.

Quickest bike service ever. Popped in, on the off chance, to ask about bike routes. Then happened to ask Eugene there if he could have a look at our road bikes as the gears had been slipping. Well next thing, at his suggestion, we'd left them both with him to check them over for an impromptu service whilst we go for a coffee round the corner. 20 minutes later we get an email telling us the work is complete and the bikes are ready. Turns out he'd adjusted both gears and replaced the brake pads on my disc brakes. Very good value and amazing, personal service. The bikes ran so much better afterwards. Really pleased!
