Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Las Vegas

Very easy to extend needed time for car through the app. I wish they would allow us to say what make we don't want.

This location has helpful staff. I rent from them a few times a year and haven't had any issues. Usually in and out quickly without hassle.

I had to rent a vehicle from this location and the employees there went above and beyond to make sure progressive did their job in making sure that I was taking care of. So much so that they got me a vehicle switched out the very first day because the insurance company messed up. And then dropping off my vehicle I was told the wrong times by customer service and Paul at the Durango location was awesome enough to take the vehicle for me even after hours so I didn't have to come back. Absolutely stellar job guys.

I've never been in an accident. I'm now in what feels like a never ending cycle with Geico after someone hit my parked car. This is now the third rental I've had to have through this same claim due to my car being fixed...but not. Tristan has given amazing customer service and been extremely patient and helpful through this whole process, even picking up Geico's slack. The service provided at the Enterprise on Durango Dr is literally the only thing going right in this whole process!

I've always preferred Enterprise, but took a break because I found lower prices elsewhere. I returned to Enterprise out of convenience and was immediately reminded why Enterprise prices are what they are: you get what you pay for. Quality cars, quality service, and above and beyond assistance. Tristan was amazing at both my pick up and drop off. Adorably kind, smart, and efficient, he made sure I was well taken care of and helped me with all the details. Far from scripted responses and just going through the motions. He truly cared about every. single. client in the room. He managed to multitask making sure we were all taken care of, along with assisting his coworker. He had the ability to focus on the task in front of him and pick up on what was around him at the same time. All with his great personality. I was astonished with my experience with Tristan at the Enterprise on Durango and Warm Springs. I'll definitely be back! Thank you, and please pass this on to your upper management!
