Al final firme el contrato y en 15 dias me entregaron el coche. Buena experiencia la verdad...

En su pagina web hablan de confianza, "el cliente tiene un unico interlocutor ", "entrega personalizada ", etc. Pues de eso NADA. Primero te hacen firmar y pagar para "garantizar" la entrega el dia que lo solicitas y asi que han cobrado......se desentienden totalmente, y nos dejaron sin coche en el ultimo minuto, eso si, despues de cobrar para, segun ellos, garantizar la entrega. Buenas, mis amigas y yo habiamos reservado un coche para este verano, con varios meses de antelacion y a las pocas semanas de la recepcion del vehiculo nos dicen que no hay disponibilidad, escogemos otra opcion y a todo esto contrato firmado y pagado, y a los pocos dias nos cancelan y no nos quieren devolver el dinero, cuando son ellos los que incumplen el contrato. ROBOOIOO // Ya que no puedo responder con otro comentario a la respuesta de la empresa, puedo asegurar que es cierto, y estais cometiendo una ilegalidad, pero ya se han tomado cartas en el asunto, muchas gracias. Habia leido criticas muy dispares sobre esta empresa. Mi experiencia ha sido perfecta, un buen trato personal por whatsapp con la persona encargada de mi zona, y el coche entregado antes de la fecha prevista. Cuando se me acabe este renting dentro de 3 anos volvere a mirar con esta empresa.
I had read very mixed reviews about this company. My experience has been perfect, good personal treatment via WhatsApp with the person in charge of my area, and the car delivered before the scheduled date. When this rental runs out in 3 years I will look with this company again.
Lo peor de lo peor. Se equivocaron con el color de los coches a pesar de que tenian las ordenes expresas de que los queriamos azules. Y al devolverlos despues del plazo del contrato, menos mal que contactamos directamente con el renting porque si hacemos caso a sus instrucciones hubieramos caido en incumplimiento. Cobran por un servicio que no dan. Una pena no haber leido antes las resenas. Nos habriamos ahorrado disgustos e inconvenientes. Los que ponen 5 estrellas deben ser amigos de los empleados o los propios empleados.

El proceso de renting ha sido muy fluido desde el primer contacto con la asesora, Carolina, como con el departamento de contratacion, Amanda, hasta el departamento de entregas, Marivi, muy atenta y respondiendo a todas las incidencias, solventandolas eficazmente. Muy satisfecho por el servicio prestado.

Una compania bastante poco fiable. Quiero reclamar y no me mandan la hoja de reclamaciones. Seguire insistiendo porque eso parece ilegal. Como de dudosa legalidad son sus practicas comerciales. Ofertas que firmas y luego cambian sin una justificacion clara, ningun tipo de compromiso, medias verdades por telefono. Todo muy farragoso, esta claro que no les interesan los rentings cortos (de 3 meses) asi que no se por que los publicitan. Envian pre (segun ellos, firmado esta) contratos que despues dicen que no tienen validez y despues, claro, no cumplen. No tienen atencion al cliente. Suerte que al final no contratamos, una decepcion absoluta. Por la calificacion que veo por aqui parece que suerte tuvimos de al final no llegar a contratar. *** editamos para aclarar el comentario de la empresa. Pedimos inicialmente 2 meses, al ver que el precio era similar pedimos 3 que fue el preacuerdo por el que fuimos valorados y tenemos por escrito. En su pre-contrato pone claramente que el traslado, de necesitarse, estaba incluido menos si son menos de tres meses. Cosa que no aplica al ser tres. Por telefono, ademas, nos habian dicho que habia coches en Barcelona. La sorpresa de que solo en Madrid y pagando tanto de diferencia fue despues. Mas que departamento juridico me permito sugerir mejorar el de atencion al cliente. Pedi que me llamaran y estoy todavia esperando. Por fin tras pedirlo varias veces, por cierto, han enviado la hoja de reclamaciones. Supongo que ver este comentario es mas efectivo que nuestros mails. Por cierto, soy "local guide nivel 6". Mis resenas, por suerte, suelen ser positivas. Mis dos resenas realmente negativas son, casualmente, de esta y otra compania parecida. Esta claro que son practicas habituales y me veo en la necesidad de hacerlas publicas.

They send pre (according to them, it is signed) contracts that they then say are not valid and then, of course, they do not comply. They don't have customer service. Lucky that in the end we didn't hire, an absolute disappointment. We initially asked for 2 months, seeing that the price was similar we asked for 3 which was the pre-agreement for which we were valued and have it in writing. In your pre-contract it clearly states that the transfer, if needed, was included unless it is less than three months. Which does not apply when there are three.
